How to Step Up and Own Your Role Every Single Day!

Hi, it's Kim Zoller with ID360. And welcome to Wednesday's Wirings. Are you stepping up to the role that you're in every single day? When we're in a role, a parent, a manager, a director, any type of leader, we're just doing our thing. And so the question is, are you intentional about it? And are you stepping into that role of being the guide, the coach, the mentor? We may or may not realize it, but people are looking at each of us in our roles again, whether it's at home or it is at work or other things that we do that we take on a role, we take on a title. And with that comes responsibility. And I want to challenge you and ask you, are you taking it on? Are you taking it on? Are you being intentional? Are you thinking about it and stepping up to really what you've chosen to be and do? Are you stepping up to it every single day? Have the very, very best day.
