You know, I'd be having such a better day if I hadn't gotten that email, if I didn't have all this stuff on my plate. Hi, it's Kim Zoller, and welcome to Wednesday's Wirings. Does that happen to you where, like, you're rocking along, you're doing your thing, and then all of a sudden someone sends you an email or something happens, and then all of a sudden your calendar is filled up and you didn't fill any of it up? You know, every single moment, we have a choice. We have a choice of how we're going to take the day. We have a choice of how we get to respond. We have a choice of not what happens because things are coming in, they're flying in all the time. We have no control over what we have no control over. But we do have a choice of how we're going to respond, how we're going to react and what we're going to do. We have a choice if we want to work out, we have a choice if we want to meditate, we have a choice if we want to breathe, we have a choice of how we want to handle the people. Think about the choices you make and how you are constantly aligning who you are inside with your behavior outside, and realize that those choices are so reflective of that. Have the very best day. Hope you make a great choice.
