Have you ever been in a meeting where you know that someone knows something and they're just not sharing it? They're withholding information? Have you ever done that yourself where you don't want to share because you think that someone else is going to take it, maybe get the credit or maybe do something with it and you want to be the one? We live in a world of abundance, not scarcity. And when we go into that state of not sharing information or sharing what we know and others do, then they're going into fight, flight or freeze. We're going into it too. We are here to grow and build on each other, to elevate and co elevate each other. Think about today. What can you build on and collaborate on with someone else? And don't hold it in. It will be stronger for you and it will be stronger for the other person. And if they're a person that withholds information because they are scared, scared because it comes from fear, then that is on them, not on you. Have the best day.
