What does leveling up your leadership mean to you? Hi, I'm Kim Zoller, and welcome to Wednesday's wirings. Leadership comes through empowering others and their potential. It comes with inspiring purpose and truly listening to people. I have realized that that's so important because then you truly can offer advice and you can help them with their journey and their development. It also allows you to lead with empathy as you're listening to them. You know, when we level up our leadership, there are so many different things. And many people think it's like the directing and it's getting people to do things and motivating people. And what I have found is that, yes, that's one piece of it. The other major piece of it is sitting there and realizing, how can I help someone grow so that they beyond their wildest dreams? That, to me, is truly leveling up your leadership.
