Do you ever get so in the weeds that you feel disconnected from your career purpose? Hi, I'm Kim Zoller, and welcome to Wednesday's Wirings. You know, when our work lacks meaning, our motivation suffers. It just does, right? And so when we connect our daily to us, to a compelling why and how it helps others and ties into our values and really think about who's benefiting from our efforts, everything changes. I think about I could be selling ice to Eskimos or I could be selling cars. You know, we work with a lot of dealerships and I could be selling Pampered chef. It wouldn't matter because it really matters about the people I'm serving. So I want you to think about that for yourself. How can you connect the people around you and what you're doing for others and connect that to your career and what you're doing and realign that? And that is an amazing way to feel purposeful in your career. Every day. Have the very best.
