Quiet quitting and now quiet firing. There's so much packed into those two terms, and ultimately it comes down to accountability and purpose. Hi, I'm Kim Zoller, and welcome to Wednesday's Wirings. For the last couple of weeks, we've been talking about quiet quitting and management and leadership. It is a two sided road that we're on, and one is, what are we doing as leaders and managers to keep people purposeful? The other is as an employee, what are you doing to stay purposeful, to know that you're accountable to a larger mission and vision? And if you don't know what it is, can you find out? Can you ask? Can you be there and be engaged? It's so much harder now that it's virtual. And it just takes a huge amount of efforts and thought, thought and intention to make sure that we all stay connected, accountable and purposeful.
