A short transcript excerpt from Kim Zoller’s "Reflect on Your Behaviors" (Wednesday’s Wirings). Kim invites leaders to stop focusing on how others should change and instead examine their own behaviors—asking which habits they might be projecting onto others and where they themselves need to grow. The piece is a direct, motivational prompt to self-awareness and personal responsibility in leadership.

Are there behaviors that are really bothering you about what other people do? Are there things that you're like, I wish that they would behave differently. I wish they would speak up differently. I wish that they wouldn't do this or would do that. Hi, I'm Kim Zoller, and welcome to Wednesday's Wirings. As leaders in this world, no matter what your title is, it's so easy to look at other people and want them to behave differently. And most importantly, what are we doing to change ourselves and adapt and become better at the things that are maybe holding us back or that are affecting others? So where are you growing? Where are you growing today? That where you are wishing it on other people, that you're doing it yourself?
