As perfectly imperfect parents, we often harbor feelings of guilt because of certain parenting moments that maybe went awry, tough parenting moments that we might have had with our kids. And the truth of the matter is, those guilty feelings often lead us astray. Take away our parenting power and take away our greatest parenting strengths. So right now, in the spirit of Elsa from Frozen, let it go. Let it go. Let go of any of those guilty feelings that you may be holding inside of you as a parent and be the best parent you can be for your kids.
