Hi. We're taking strides, getting stronger, getting better, taking strides to be our best selves. So I want you to think about today. Are you in abundance mindset or are you in scarcity mindset? How do we know that? A client said to me the other day, kim, give me an example. So I started thinking about it, and I started thinking about our language that we use. How many times a day do you say, I should do this? I should do this? Should is scarcity mindset. It puts us into a state of fight, flight, or freeze. Take the word should and replace it with choose. I choose to do this. I choose to do this project right now. I choose to do it now because I know that if I do it, I will feel so much better. Using the word choose puts puts us in an abundance mindset. What we resist persists, and what we resist is the should. And it will continue to persist and put us into that fight, flight, or freeze. Shift your focus into what do you choose to do moment by moment?
