Hi, guys. So glad we're taking strides today. I was talking to a friend of mine who's this executive coach who works with people all over the world at the highest levels. And we were talking about the stories in our minds about how we create things that don't even exist. And he said to me, you know, Kim, I work with a lot of people, and there's no reason, like, they have everything great in their lives. There's no reason that they have. They should have these stor stories, but everyone does. Everyone has a story of who they are, what they're about, how worthy they are, what I know you can hear the wind, what they bring to this earth. And so just remember today when you feel like that, just take a breath and go into your heart and remember really who you are and what you bring. And realize that this is the human condition. So let's take stride. Rides together one step forward at a time.
