Hi, guys. I'm so glad we're taking strides today. I was thinking about my workouts and how I love interval training and they're actually so good for us. And the intervals are like, work hard and then rest. Work hard, then rest. And it's so much. It's easier for me mentally and I like it physically, too. And I started thinking about how does that apply to what we do every single day, no matter what we're doing? That if we, like, put our all in and then take a rest, Especially when it's something that's challenging or something that we. That we know that we have to get done or that we feel like, oh, my gosh, it's going to take a lot of effort. Put in a little bit effort of effort, time yourself to do it and then take a rest. And if you build it in, like, you know, like, just like you do an exercise class where, you know you're doing certain intervals. When we build it in, it is. There's something mental about it that will help us push even further. So let's take our interval training into our everyday life training. Have the best day.
