A short motivational video by Kim Zoller encouraging viewers to accept and adapt to change. The speaker reflects on personal resistance to change (especially routines), cites that research favors flexibility, and offers practical tips: identify where you resist change, commit to openness, try small adjustments (e.g., shift workout time or change a meal), and embrace uncertainty as growth.

Hi. I'm so glad that we're taking strides together today. Some people love change and others don't. I love change until I don't. Even with my routine, I can be so flexible and I love that I am flexible. But then when things change, like I go to bed late or I wake up late, it messes up my whole day. But change is inevitable and it can be such a great chance for growth. Did you know that research actually shows that we have better results when we allow the change, when we are more flexible. So what do we do? We start by knowing areas in your life where you are resistant to change. I know, like for me, that's my routine. Then commit to being open minded and willing to adapt. Like, oh, I could work out another time during the day. Or changing a meal or something that you love. Try it a little. Do something a little bit different so that you embrace the change. You embrace the uncertainty and allow yourself to grow. What can you change today?
