Hi. I'm so glad we're taking strides again today. Something came to me while I was taking strides today by myself, and that is our expectations of our friends, of how they show up. And it occurred to me how if you have an expectation that you were going to receive a call or get something from a friend, the next time you're with them, you're going into that interaction with that expectation. So you bring an energy that's kind of like eek and the other person feels it and then you have this horrible, weird interaction. Well, what about if there are no expectations where you just are going into every, every conversation with your own energy of appreciation, of gratitude, of not being affected by the other person, then what do you bring? I think it completely changes the entire interaction because it isn't really about them. It's really about how you are choosing to be. And in every single moment.
