Hi. So glad you're taking strides today with me. Oh, my gosh. In Dallas today, it happens to be the most beautiful weather. So I believe in something called net time. No extra time, which means that I habit stack. Today, I can hear the wind. Today, I was listening to first a podcast. Then I was listening to my mentor, Doug Allen, talk about time mastery and what that means. And that's no extra time, Right? It's like Stephanie stacking stuff. So I got to go for a run and I got to learn, and that is so important to me. But people will say to me, wait a minute, Kim. But isn't that not being mindful? Well, here's the thing. I also chunk that I wake up in the morning, and I dedicate my time to being mindful, to meditation. And when I'm listening, like, if I'm listening to Doug, I'm really listening. I'm just running. My legs know how to move, and I'm just listening. So think about your net time. Don't waste any time. Spend time doing. Doing things that are going to get you closer to living the most joyous full life.
