Hi. So glad that you're taking strides with me today. Today. Oh, my gosh. Today I went a little bit further than I have gone in a long time. So it made me think about you, made me think about us. It made me think about the power of our mind that this morning I decided, you know what? I have some time, and I'm gonna go a little further. And then when I got to that place of, like, feeling so uncomfortable, I said to myself, okay, I could stop here. I would be totally fine. But just try. Just try, Kim. Just try. Go where you said blush. My hair is sticking up. Go where you said you were going to go. And I just kept going. And then it just got so easy. I just got into flow. So I'm curious, where do you go to that point where you get uncomfortable and you just stop and can you just push yourself a little bit further and then get into that flow? And, boy, that feels so amazing when we do.
