Hi. I'm so glad that we're taking strides together today to discuss real leadership. By the way, stay tuned to the very end so that you can get a free copy of my book, Effective Leaders Empower Others. I have learned that lifting other people up around me and not pushing them down is true leadership. Ask yourself each day, how can you help your team shine? Maybe it's actively listening to their ideas or recognizing someone for the for their work. Servant leadership puts ego aside and it really brings everyone's potential out. So take the time to realize that we're in this together and no matter what position you're in, you can do all of these things. Remember to click on the link to register for the free book giveaway. Thanks and have the best day.
