Hi. I'm so glad that we're taking strides together today. You know, people think that setting boundaries is about the other person, but it's really, it's about you. It's not about the other person. It's about what is. What keeps you sane, what keeps you healthy, what keeps you focused and feeling really like your best self. You know, I keep getting calls to do things. You know, can I do this, can I do that? And while it feels absolutely amazing, I have to think about how do I say no if it doesn't really serve what I'm trying to serve or if it doesn't help me reach my goals and then prioritizing that for my well being. So realize and just remember that setting boundaries is not about like putting someone in their place, telling them what to do, telling them how they have to behave. And it's just about you taking a breath and knowing what's important, what's not. Saying no to the things you need to say no to that don't help you and don't serve you, which ultimately don't serve others, and saying yes to those things that do feel good.
