Hi. I'm so glad that we're taking strides together today. Prioritizing sleep helps everything. I try to unwind 30 minutes before bed without screens. And by the way, did you know that the smaller the screen you're looking at before bed, the harder it is to sleep? Dimming lights is also a great signal for your body that it's time to rest. I personally reflect on the moments of the day with gratitude. Either in a journal or even in my head. I read. Do you read when you go to bed? I mean, sometimes I don't even get past the first paragraph. But setting a consistent sleep schedule helps your body know when it's time to go to sleep. You know, drifting off peacefully and not in all wound up because of the news or the things that you're doing on your phone or, you know, work that you're doing allows your body and your mind to really refresh so that you wake up feeling rested and ready to tackle the day and take a lot of good strides, have the very best day and the best sleep.
