Kim Zoller talks about why asking for help matters. She frames it as interdependence, not weakness, and describes helping and being helped as a two-way practice that strengthens everyone involved.

Hi. I'm so glad that we're taking strides together today. Asking for help can feel so vulnerable, but we all need support. Sometimes needing others expertise and assistance doesn't make us weak or a burden on other people. We actually thrive through interdependence. Asking for help lightens our load so that we could stride even further. Also, think about when someone has asked you for your help, doesn't it feel good? And I'm not talking about someone who constantly wants you to do their stuff, but someone who wants your help and you really feel good helping them. Think about how we can serve, how we can support each other. It certainly makes our journey easier, and it makes the journey for those helping also easier. It's a two way street. Enjoy it. Have the very best day.
