A short reflective spoken segment by Kim Zoller recounting attendance at memorial services and urging listeners to consider the moments they create. The speaker contrasts different losses (an elder's memorial and a young person's sudden death) to emphasize the fragility of life and encourages intentional, moment-by-moment living so those moments become meaningful.

Yesterday I was in a I went to a memorial service for a friend of mine's father who was such a lovely human being and his son in law got up and spoke about the moments that he created. And I just wanted to pop in this morning as we take our strides and ask you what moments are you creating? One moment after another moment after another moment? Because that's what we have. And in that same memorial service I had another friend who their brother died a couple of weeks ago in a car accident, a young guy. And again, what are the moments that we create? And so as we take strides today, think about what moments you're creating moment by moment. This life is so precious and it is only the moments that we have that make up a lifetime. And whatever that lifetime is, whether it's short or it's long, those moments can be so special if we think about with intention how we are creating them.
