So glad we're taking strides today. You know, when we are not motivated to do something and then we get started at it, and then all of a sudden we're so motivated. I find that when I'm working out, sometimes I'll be like, oh, I'm not very motivated. But then I start and I'm like, oh, my gosh, I feel so good. And then I just cannot stop. And then I work out for so much longer than I actually thought I would in the first place. So when, whether it's working out or it's things that are on your plate that you need to do, just remember that motivation many times doesn't start before we actually start. It actually kicks into gear once we have already started. When have you had a time where this has happened where you weren't motivated, but then you started and then it's just unbelievable what happened, and then you completed or you did something even extra? Because when the motivation kicks in, you just get so excited. I would love to hear from you.
