Hi. I'm so glad that we're taking strides together today. Do you sometimes get stuck overthinking? I do. Over analysis totally makes us confused. When facing a tough choice, trust your intuition. It knows the right path better than that endless rationalization. What works for me is to close my eyes and breathe into my heart. Heart's brain coherence slows the overthinking down immediately. And remember, we can always course correct later. Overthinking just leads us in circles. So have faith in yourself taking that breath and realizing that when you go into overthinking, you are actually hurting your mind, your process, your body, what's going on inside of you. And I speak for myself that this is a learned skill. It is something to practice over and over. Have a very, very good day and just remember, breathe into your hearts. The minute you start overthinking, anything.
