Hi. I'm so glad that you're taking strides today, getting stronger, getting better. You know when people hold on so tightly to an idea or something that they have and they resist everything and ultimately they lose the bigger picture. So I have a friend and they're holding on to such control of how their days go, how they spend their money, how they will do things and won't do things and if it's not their idea, they won't do it. And I realized like within that holding on so tightly there is so much to lose. And it made me start thinking about what am I holding on to, holding onto ideas that do not serve me, that make me feel bad and this moving actually helps me shift out of that. And so I want you to think about what are you holding onto so much that is actually hurting what you're really trying to accomplish in your life and then do something about that.
