Hi. Taking strides again. Getting better and better, getting stronger. So I start thinking about this that every day when I get on my treadmill I put on my safety clip and why do I do that? I do that because you know what, it makes me feel better that if something happens that I have security. So I started thinking about that in our everyday lives. Who's your safety clip? And I know for me I have my people who if I need help, I need some guidance. I'm about to have a conversation, a difficult conversation with a team member or a client. I have someone I call and I say, hey, I want to make sure that I'm handling this in the best way. So I believe that we surround ourselves with the most incredible people if we're thoughtful about it. And I want you to think about who are your safety clips, who is your safety person who you can call and you can rely on.
