And when we think about leadership qualities, what makes you a good leader? Kindness is one of the most important things because we can be straightforward and we can say what we want to say. But when we think about being kind and taking a breath and realizing what is our outcome and can I get to my outcome by just being kind? Many times, that is the route that's going to get us the most results. So think about no matter what your title is, what kind of leader you are, and how this week you can even be kinder than ever before, it's always possible.
