Hi, it's Kim Zoller with ID360. Do you feel like you have work life balance? Well, here's the thing about work life balance. There really isn't any such thing. And the research shows us that it is really about mindfulness. It's really about being present in anything that we're doing that makes us happier, and that makes us feel like we have more balance because we have more quality. So it isn't about the time. It it's really about being present. Stanford did a study called the Wandering Mind is an Unhappy Mind. And what that means is that we never feel like we have balance. We're always out of whack. And so I challenge you today to really be mindful of where you are staying there, enjoying that. And then you will feel like you have a lot more balance. Have the best day.
