The speaker reframes "I don't have time" as a question of priority, urges deliberate slowing and breathing, and links the message to Mental Health Week as a reminder to calm down and reassess priorities.

I don't have time. I don't have time. Do you ever say that? I mean, I say it a million times a day. Hi, I'm Kim Zoller with ID360 and welcome to Wednesday's Wirings. We don't have time. None of us do. We're all busy. Here's the thing my coach says to me every single day. How much is it a priority? We make the time. Sit down and think about when you say I don't have time to do something, is it something you really need to do? Make the time. And I want to say this about it being Mental health week. It's so easy to be frantic. Take a breath, you guys. Take a breath because it's amazing how open we are when we take a breath. Calm down, stop and slow everything down. All of a sudden we can see how we can make the time. Have the very best day.
