How I Hit My Highest Enrollment Launch BEFORE The Cart Opened
16 Jun 2026 · 40 min
In this unscripted solo episode of the Business Without Burnout podcast, Kirsten Roldan walks listeners through the mindset, strategies, and tactics that led her to achieve her highest member enrollment launch to date—reaching 80 members before the public cart opened and aiming for a 250‑member goal. She begins by detailing extensive self‑coaching and visualization exercises that reshaped her identity, reduced fear of validation, and turned questions into blessings. Kirsten shares specific launch metrics (31 sign‑ups on day 1, 56 before the replay email, 80 before the public cart) and reflects on moments of anxiety, celebration, and team feedback. She then outlines the tactical components of the launch: continuous list‑growth via podcasts, speaking, and collaborations; an optimized affiliate program called the “Sell Your Face Off” challenge; a bold ad strategy that deliberately repels mis‑aligned prospects; controversial content about AI and Substack to attract high‑quality leads; simplified messaging created with her Offer Story Builder AI tool; targeted email sequences (driving‑to‑webinar, re‑sign, affiliate follow‑ups) written by an AI copywriter; custom presentations for top affiliates; and ongoing use of AI tools and workbooks from her Million Dollar Email program. Throughout, Kirsten emphasizes the importance of mindset training, celebrating wins, and using data‑driven feedback to refine the open‑cart sequence. The episode ends with a promotional call‑to‑action to join her program before the cart closes on March 27.

Welcome to the Business Without Burnout podcast. I'm Kirsten Roldan and I help entrepreneurs make a lot of money peacefully. I'm a New Rican who went from working in healthcare while cleaning houses and braiding hair on the side to building a business that's generated over $4 million and counting. But there was a time I almost shut my business down because I had a lot of money but no peace. I managed to turn it around and that's why every week I share the 4 strategies that help you grow without burnout: email marketing, team systems, and mindset. So let's dive in. Hello, Peaceful Millionaires. Welcome back to the podcast. Today is gonna be unscripted. I'm coming in with my notebook in hand with just some like loose notes on what I wanna talk about because I just wanted to come in while my brain was fresh because I am having my highest member enrollment launch ever. Uh, that means the most amount of members that I've ever enrolled in one launch is currently happening and I am So excited about that, and I just wanted to come in and like, while everything is fresh, uh, be able to share with you why that is, what I did exactly in order to achieve this. Okay. And like I said, we're going to be unscripted, so it might be a little long-winded, but it will be very valuable. And I'm very, very excited for you all to have this. So first and foremost, at the time of this recording, I just opened the cart to my main email list, the public, I say, today, right? So, just today, I sent an email to my main email list being like, "Hey, we're open to the public now." But I have already hit my highest enrollment launch, and I literally just opened the cart to the public today. And so, I'm gonna talk about— Wow. Then like how that happened. Okay, so first and foremost, I just wanna start with mindset. I think it's really, really important to start with mindset because I was actually looking at my notebook. I was looking at how much self-coaching I have done over the past few months on this launch. And I actually wanna read with you the first like— 7. Mindset work that I started doing on this and then tell you the results of it, 'cause I did a visualization exercise actually. And it's just amazing. And I kind of wanna walk you through all of the mindset coaching I had to do on this launch in order to get the results that I did, because I don't think that I would've gotten these results if I wasn't consistently coaching myself and really raising my identity. Mm-hmm. To achieve this. So first and foremost, the goal of my launch that I set was a really big goal, which is 250 members total, right? So 250 members total. I'm currently at 80 members, and that is— I've hit that number one other time, one other time, and I have not hit that number since, which is very interesting. And I know that a lot of the reason why I haven't is because of my mindset, right? Then some offer things, you know, some messaging things, but mostly I truly believe it was my mindset. And so that's huge. And so now, you know, I have a whole week left of this launch and I'm absolutely gonna be enrolling more clients and my goal is 170 additional clients, right? So definitely needing to do mindset work for that. So I want to first show you, the exercise that I did, which was a visualization exercise of the 250 people. All right. So here's what I wrote down. Okay. This was me visualizing day 1 of my launch. It's day 1 of the launch. I already have 10+ people in the new format. From the first email, I see 20 new sales in my inbox and a flood of questions. Sales come in all day. I'm so proud and thankful. We hit 100 client day. I'm amazed. I celebrate with Dani. I dance on my stories. I see 250 new people in the community. They're asking questions on the content and they're supporting each other. My program feels like it's running itself and I'm able to share newsletters and collaborate with others. Million Dollar Email feels connected, self-sustaining, exciting, fresh, and impactful. All right, so this is so good because I visualize that on day 1 of my launch, I already had 10+ people in the new format. On day 1 of my launch, I had 31 people already. I had 31 people. And don't worry, I'll talk about the strategy, but I had 31 people. And then it says, from the first email, I see 20 new sales in my inbox. I meant the first email of my open cart day. So, um, I didn't even send the replay email for the webinar yet, and I had 25 new sales. So I was at 56 people before I even sent the replay email, which is crazy. Crazy. Okay. Uh, and then, you know, by the time I opened the cart for my public launch, I was at 80 people at that point. Oh my goodness. So something I found interesting. Well, before I get into the 100 client part of it, cuz I, I said we hit 100 client day. We haven't done that yet, but I'm gonna talk about that in a minute. Okay. But anyway, something else that I visualized was people joining the community and connecting with each other. And it has been amazing how literally we had this one client on the webinar that was so scared to join. Like they were literally saying in the chat, they're like, I don't think you understand how scared I am. I'm like hyperventilating, but I wanna do this and I really wanna join and I'm so nervous and I'm so scared. And people in the chat were literally supporting her. And I told her, I was like, girl, do what's best for you at the end of the day. Like, don't stress yourself out too much. much now. I was like, do what's best for you. You know what's best for you, but I'll do the best I can to show up for you and to help you in the program. And she ended up deciding to join, and people were supporting her in the chat and helping her make the best decision for her. She ended up deciding to join. Within the day, within the day, she had posted in the community channel for peer review. She was like, hey, can somebody peer review my offer story? And people came in and gave her reviews, multiple people. And one of them was like, by the way, I love this offer. Can you send me your website? I want to buy your product. She's a physical product business. They bought multiple products from her in the first day. So I was like, not only did I visualize people supporting each other, right away they came in and gave feedback for a peer, but also people are buying from each other already. How amazing is that? So I just was like, wow, this was beyond what I even visualized. So I thought that was so amazing. And I, I just loved that. And something that, you know, that I also wrote in my journal was, you know, I'm no longer seeking validation. Like, I'm not seeking validation. I'm not letting fear stop me. I'm being my full self. And I'm going to talk about that in my strategy portion of this. But I thought that was really interesting that I wrote that down. Like, the second time I coached myself, I was like, I'm not seeking I'm not seeking validation. I'm not letting comparison, you know, take up my headspace. I'm not letting fear of online hate take on my headspace, take up my headspace. Like I'm going to attract my dream clients. And something that I wrote down too was people are allowed to have questions. This was like a really important piece of mindset coaching for me because I have a really hard time with people asking, not asking questions, but asking questions that I feel like I already answered or that I feel like are very clear. Whenever someone asks me, "Will you help me grow my email list?" I'm like, "Is that not obvious?" I'm just being honest with y'all. Is that not obvious? I'm an email marketing program. Of course I help you grow your email list. But why? I've always had a hard time with that in my sales process and I get very resentful and annoyed and bothered by it. And like, why? Like, people can have questions, who cares, right? I had to coach myself a lot on that and being okay with the fact that they had questions and being happy that they had questions. So I literally said to myself in my journal, I was like, I am so happy when people have questions because that means they're considering my offer and that's a blessing. Like, it is a blessing that people are asking me questions. I'm appreciative to my clients, right? And I'm willing to be patient. I'm willing to answer all of their questions. So I thought that was really, really interesting. Okay. So that was a big part of my coaching. And then what else did I write down here? So as I'm going through— Yeah. What do I want to say? Like, what are the things I wish I could say that I'm not saying or that I haven't said in a long time or that I'm scared will give me problems and give me like issues online. And that's all gonna come up in the strategy section. I also, every time I got a client, I would write in my journal, like this is a journal entry that I wrote. I'm so proud of myself. I just had my team meeting where we switched over the Circle channel and then I met with my coach and I feel so excited and thankful for the work we've done. We already have 11 clients. My team is highly engaged. I just feel deeply proud. and thankful. So like, that was so good. And I said like a prayer of gratitude. And then what else here? Okay, I have some client notes in here, so I'm gonna skip through that. Here's another one just a few days later. I'm proud of myself for getting 18 new clients before the launch, but I'm scared. I'm scared that I won't get close to 200, that I won't be able to convert cold leads. That I will fail and people will find out and see it. And then I coached myself on what do I want to think about myself? How do I want to feel? What actions do I want to take? So it wasn't like all rainbows and butterflies either. I need to— I wrote down, I need to remember that the goal is failure. The goal is learning. The goal is taking a risk that will give me data. That was really good. The goal is taking a risk that will give me data. The goal is failure. I'm not afraid to be seen failing. I'm not afraid to have someone think they know better than me. I'm not afraid if there is someone who does know better than me. I'm not afraid to change my mind. I'm not afraid to try new things. I'm happy and able to answer all questions and objections. So good. This was all just stuff that I, like I said, that I usually struggle with. Like, I'm scared that maybe I look dumb, or I'm scared that maybe someone says something and they know more than me, whatever it is, right? I just have like those insecurities. And then let's see. Okay, here's another one. I'm currently in Bolivia. I'm at a cafe and feeling grateful for life. I've been so busy on the launch and we already have 18 people. I do think the re-sign sequence could have been better after auditing it. I'm working on the identity of being someone who can generate 250 clients and who isn't afraid of objections. I'm imagining visualizing that many people and it feels scary and unlikely, or like my new structure won't actually work, but the point is to get data. I also feel like I'm not creating enough content and I still don't know what to— what direction to take in that regard. And then I wrote down, what result do I want to create this month? $250K and $1M email sales. What do I want to think about it? That I have the leads and the conversion rate and the time to achieve this. I want to feel confident. Mm-hmm. I wanna answer all potential questions. Think about what would make me buy, create and execute every idea. So good. Like look at how much coaching I did on myself. Okay, here's another one. I'm nervous that my webinar won't convert. I'm worried no one will show up and the people that do will be overwhelmed, try to DIY or wait or want to see the value or no, or won't see the value of the bonus or will have a lot of objections. Thoughts I wanna practice. I'm willing to answer all objections. I'm okay with being— I'm okay with having AI in my program and people's thoughts about it. These AI tools will change their life. Generosity never hurts sales. I know how to make money from webinars. I have a high conversion rate. I will make enough because I will always be okay. I made these decisions with my best guess. I'm proud of myself and I stand by my decisions. What is my negative thought? I will mess this up and I will feel so much embarrassment and regret. If I weren't scared to feel embarrassment, regret, and anxiety, what would I do? I would try something new. I would prepare to fail, feel these feelings, and keep going. I'm feeling overwhelming financial anxiety. I'm scared I'll lose everything and decline my income even more this year. I'm scared I made a bad decision. I'm laughing so hard because like I want you all to see the journey. Like, listen to this journey. Oh my gosh, this is so good. Okay, I put— I put my thought— I made a mistake, I ruined my business. And by the way, I want to name— literally, my clients were so like supportive and they were so excited. And people— I was getting my highest amount of pre-enrollments I've ever gotten, and I was getting like nothing but positive feedback. I think I got like 1 or 2 people that were like, uh, I don't know about this, which is totally understandable. But like, I was getting such positive feedback and I wrote down, I made a mistake and I ruined my business because like, that's just how it goes, right? Um, and I wrote down my action: second-guess myself, tell myself I won't make enough to pay my bills, tell myself these decisions Weren't good. Tell myself I'm going to look like I'm going backwards. Don't sell myself on my decisions. Don't take massive action. Prevent myself from success. Oh my goodness. That is so funny. And then I wrote down, why did I make this decision? So this is where I sold myself on, no, this is why you made this decision. And I told myself all the reasons, right? And like, this is exactly why I did it and this is why it was the right decision. and I'm gonna be okay. I am always okay. And it was interesting, I had gotten coaching on not wanting to celebrate because if I celebrate, then I'm not— so for example, I had gotten my— I think I was at like 20 pre-enrollments at that point, and I was talking to one of my coaches and I was like, I— it was actually my money coach, and I was telling her I was feeling a lot of anxiety. And it was funny because she was like, Uh, why don't you wanna celebrate? And I was like, because I mean, like, it doesn't, it like, it's technically from re-signs. Like this is like mostly re— it wasn't all re-signs, but it was like mostly re-signs. I was like, this is mostly re-signs. And it's so funny, I tell my clients all the time, money is money is money is money. Stop like policing your money. Like if you made money, you should be happy. But I was like, it's all from re-signs. So I don't actually know if this is successful because this is from people who know me. This isn't from cold leads. Like who knows if this is gonna work when it hits the market? And I started to get really, really anxious about it cuz I'm like, oh my Oh my God, like, what if the majority of my sales— like, yes, I'll make sales, but what if it's from warm leads and then like it's going to cap out? And so I was freaking out and I told her, I was like— she was like, so why can't you celebrate even if it's just re-signs? And I was like, because then I'll miss something important, right? Like I'll miss like a strategy that I'm— that I should be implementing or something like that. And it was interesting when I started to celebrate. Like when I started thinking about like, okay, if I did celebrate, what would, like, what comes up? I started coming up with all these different strategies that I hadn't even thought about. It was like amazing. Like I literally was like, oh my, I was sitting on the call with her and I was like, I mean, if I did celebrate it, you know, this, this and that. And you know what thought I came up with that literally changed the course of my launch? I realized the hard part is over. Mm-hmm. Because it is harder to sell warm leads on a new format than to sell cold leads on a, on a format that they just heard about. Right. And literally I was like, oh my God, I just realized on this call, like the hard part is actually over. And she was like, yeah, that's a great thought. You should go with that. When I started thinking the hard part was over, I'm like, if I can sell warm leads on a brand new format, oh, I'm good. So that was like incredible coaching that she helped lead me to. And I thought that was so good. And then I wrote down like, I can make any business model work. I'm an excellent saleswoman. I'm happy to go first. Expansion never feels safe. Like this is normal. And that was really, really good. And then what else did I write down? Those were like my main pieces of coaching. Okay, this was good. This was good. I keep thinking that I need to appeal to the non-AI people or the people who distrust coaches. What if no one distrusts me? How would I show up if I believed everyone was super excited at everything I'm telling them? What if their objections are easy to overcome? What if they overcome their own objections? My dream clients will overcome their own objections and my content will effortless, effortlessly overcome objections. And the reason why I wrote that down is because I noticed that I was finding myself when I was creating my webinar, I was really trying to like showcase my authority more than showcase, like more than center it around the client and what they needed. I was trying to get them to trust me and then I was like, okay, now I feel like I'm talking about myself way too much, if that makes sense. And so that's when I realized like, oh, I, I have the thought that like I have to appeal to people who distrust coaches and like, I'm not gonna do that. That doesn't, I'm not gonna do that. Mm-hmm. I've already signed 21 clients. Uh, let's see what else. Okay, here we go. I did another visual— visualization exercise. I signed 230 clients last week. Here's what I did. Strategy and mindset. Um, this was good for mindset. I wrote down, I released proving energy. I don't have to show I'm trustworthy. I just am, and that is felt. I believed simple would sell over sophisticated, and I believed my AI alone was worth the investment. And then I wrote for strategy, which I'm gonna go over in detail with you all, but I wrote backend emails to test topics and pre-enroll, uh, strong driving to webinar sequence, a strong open cart sequence, social media for fun and for play, a simplified webinar, testing my webinar with friends, an affiliate strategy. Mm-hmm. And visualization. Okay, what did I write down here? I wrote down, my launch is next week and I'm, and I already have 22 people inside before the doors have opened. I'm proud of myself and wanna have confidence in my webinar. I wanna believe it'll sell easily. I'm picturing getting 100+ people in just 3 days. I'm prepared to receive that many people. It will be easy. I won't have to try that hard. I will get 100 people just for the AI suite. Like, yeah, so I wrote all that down. And you know what's good about this? Okay, what else did I write? Um, oh, I was gonna say something that was interesting to me about me visualizing the 100-client day is when I was, um, right after my webinar, like after, or I should say after the bonus period ended and I didn't have like a 100-client day, it was interesting because I was like, oh, like I thought I was gonna like I really was, you know, I got everything else but that. And then I realized, I was like, Kirsten, the launch isn't over. Like you could still have a 100-client day. You just have to keep like visualizing it. And so that was really interesting. So I'm gonna, that's gonna be like my upcoming mindset work. Then I got on a call with my team and I, and they were, we were like, okay, we wanna set the goal of hitting 50% of our launch goal by the end of the bonus period, which was. 125 people and we got 80 people, right? So we didn't hit 125 people, we didn't hit that goal. And I was immediately in my head and just like, you know, obviously I just was like, okay, what did I do wrong? What did I do wrong, etc.? And it was interesting because before that, my team— I told my team, you know, we're gonna go for 50%, and they were like, great. And I was like, cool, is there anything You know, you all wanna share or whatever. And they were like, your face right now looks like you believe that's impossible. And I was like, okay, you got me. You really, you really saw right through me there. And they could tell, they literally told me, my team was like, go work on your mindset. And I was like, yes. Okay. Thank you, team. So sorry. My team is strict. And so I went and worked on my mindset and it was interesting what was coming up. It was interesting how like, The whole time I was like, maybe 100, maybe 100, probably not. Like I was very much like out of my belief and I didn't feel like the logic was there because I was like, oh, my conversion rate would have to be so high. And so I kind of like logic my way out of it, which was very interesting. And I was like, okay, interesting. Let me make sure I'm like coaching myself on that in the, in like the public launch because I definitely coached myself out of it. However, what was interesting was I don't think we would've hit the 80 people. Like I don't think we would've gotten 50 people in the pre-launch if I wasn't going for 125 and if I wasn't raising my identity. So I did self-coaching on like, okay, if I got 125, I would have to get like 30 people a day over the next 2 days. It was something like that. And I was like, okay, do I believe I can get 30 people in a day? And it was so interesting. I did like, I did not believe it. Yeah. Which was interesting because I ended up writing down, you've gotten as high as 25 people in one day. You've actually gotten 25 people in 2 hours because that's what happened on the webinar. So I kind of had to like, it was very interesting how my brain was like, that's impossible, that's impossible. And I had to show myself, no, it is possible. But I really, that was a pretty stubborn thought for me. And so I'm still working on that in my mindset. But all of this affected how I showed up because I was like, okay, we're going for 32 people a day. What is everything I need to do? I reached out to affiliates. I posted something on my social media to, to my community, asking them to help me spread the word. I did more things than I would've normally done. So I thought that was interesting. Okay, let's just get into some strategy. I wanna talk about a few things so that, that's my mindset. I wanted to spend a lot of time on that because Honestly, that has been the majority of it for me. So let's, let's start with my strategy. So hitting my highest member enrollment launch ever, it started with list growth. And specifically, I tried a new list growth strategy than, than I have before, and I'm gonna explain that. So first and foremost, how have I grown my list? I've grown my list in several different ways. So I, on an ongoing basis, consistently make sure I am getting on podcasts and doing collaborations on other people's people's platforms, getting speaking engagements, things like that. I consistently do that on an ongoing basis no matter what. Uh, so I just always have that in the pipeline happening. So I had podcasts, speaking engagements, workshops, things like that that I was doing. I also always have an affiliate strategy, but I ended up deciding to really optimize my affiliate strategy, and that has helped me tremendously with list growth this round. Uh, so for my affiliate strategy, generally what I've always done is we have a generous affiliate strategy. Like we give them a lot of really good prizes. We pay out really well. But we noticed that for the past like year and a half, our affiliate strategy during our launches has been very disengaged. So we— I basically just asked myself, I was like, why is it disengaged? And I thought about what is someone's objection to promoting the Million Dollar Email program? And what I realized was that their objection is more than likely, I don't wanna take away from selling my own offers. And I was like, yeah, valid. Like that makes a lot of sense. I wouldn't want want to either. So what I decided to do for this affiliate challenge was overcome my affiliate's objection. I told them, okay, we actually want to help you sell your offer primarily and naturally weave in Million Dollar Email promotion into it. So we did what I, uh, what we ended up calling the Sell Your Face Off Challenge, where, you know, we always give them prompts and we always give them like like, you know, tools to use to promote the program. But we, we basically were like, no, no, no, we are going to get you selling your face-off for your offer, and then you're gonna naturally weave in Million Dollar Email promotion into it so that you can hit your highest sales month while making extra money through Million Dollar Email. So we did a Sell Your Face-Off Challenge with them that helped us a lot because it helped us engage our affiliates, especially our top affiliates. which helped us grow our list for sure. Uh, also with the affiliate strategy, just from a sales perspective, we reached out to top affiliates and we asked to do custom presentations inside of their programs. I ended up doing 2 of those and they both converted really, really well. So I also did custom presentations there and that also, not only like for the people that didn't convert into the offer, they did join the list. So that helped me with list growth. And I did ads this time as well, which I, you know, have kind of dabbled with ads here and there. This is the first time I had a serious ad strategy with like a pretty strong ad spend, but I did something different than I ever have before, which is I actively repelled people from joining my list. So what I did was, because I knew that if I was gonna do ads, especially me as someone that sends a lot of emails, if you know anything about me, I send a lot of emails. I knew that somebody that was doing ads needed to make sure I wasn't getting a bunch of people on my list that were gonna send me hate emails after they got all my emails, and that I wasn't attracting people that were not aligned with me and my values. So what I did was on my ads, uh, video, like the actual ad that I did, I literally said on the ad, I was like, I'm the type of person to send you multiple emails a day. People call me spammy all the time, but you can't call me broke. And that attracted a lot of different ads comments, definitely some not good ones, but it repelled the people that were not supposed to be in my offer. And then on the webinar, on the actual registration page, I literally put on the web— On the registration page, do not sign up for this email list if you are the type of person to complain about how many sales emails you get, you get. And then Bad Bunny was like playing the Super Bowl that weekend or something. And I was like, do not— if you're like mad that Bad Bunny was— performed at the Super Bowl, we will not get along. And if you are the type that's gonna like— if you hate being salesy, you're gonna hate me. Do not join. And so I put that in there. And then in the webinar confirmation email, just to make sure, in the first email they got, I was like, hey, You should unsubscribe right now if you're not gonna like that I send you a lot of emails, if you are mad that Bad Bunny is performing in the Super Bowl, if any of these things, like, get off my list right now. So I was really, really focused on only attracting the highest quality lead. And as a result, I had very low unsubscribes this launch, even though I had a lot of, like, the majority of my leads for my webinar were cold leads. Mm-hmm. I had very low unsubscribes and I had a very low amount of, uh, hate emails. I got 2 emails that were like, you're being annoying. And I literally sent them the confirmation email that I sent them and the launch notice email that I sent them and was like, hey, you were warned about this. No response. That's right. Because you knew what it was. Okay. So anyway, you can't say you didn't. So that was a, a major part of my list growth strategy was actually repelling. Another major part of my list growth strategy was controversial content. I created several pieces of controversial content that got me in some hot water. If you saw any of it, then you know. So the main pieces of controversial content that I sent out was I talked about AI and how all I said was all emails in 2026 should be AI written. Oh my goodness. Threads went off on me over that. But I attracted the people that I wanted to attract and I repelled the people that I didn't. Right. And I also posted something about Substack and how I think the hook was like, I'm not subscribing to your Substack and here's why. I've never seen— I think the Substack people are worse than the AI people. I've never seen people get so mad about something like that. But again, attracted the people that I wanted to attract. Repelled the people that I didn't. So I really, my list growth strategy was actually like audience scrubbing. Like I really scrubbed my audience and I think that it's underrated and people don't talk about this enough, how much you need to make sure you're creating controversial content when you are thinking about growing your email list and making sure you're growing it with high quality leads and, and just engaging your audience in general and like actually getting high quality engagement. Whether it's, you know, on your marketing platforms like social media or it's on your email list, it's really, really important, which is why I'm actually now teaching that inside Million Dollar Email. I'm teaching my signature controversial content framework. And it's not always just about being spicy, right? It's sometimes it's just about sharing something that's a new thought or idea that nobody's thought about before. So I'm actually teaching that now and we're working on finishing up our— workbook on it. So that's coming and it's really, really good because that was a major part of my strategy was controversial content and just being controversial in general. So that was my list growth strategy. In general, my, my email, well, let me actually talk about my messaging strategy. So I ended up using my Offer Story Builder, which is my AI tool inside the Million Dollar Email program for myself. And I focus on improving and kind of updating my messaging. So Specifically, I wanted to be a lot— I wanted to, I felt like some of my angles were kind of— Dried out is the wrong word, but I just felt like they needed to be refreshed. So for example, I always talk about being social media optional. I always talk about like templates don't change industries, like things like that. But I ended up coming up with new angles using the Offer Story tool. And so it helped me come up with like Every email should be AI written in 2026. And it helped me clarify one of my angles that I always say is millionaires write emails. It helped me be more clear about what that means. So millionaires, it, it's now millionaires put email first and everything else second. That helped me improve so much. Like just my messaging in general was, was strong, but wasn't as simple as it needed to be. And I knew in order to scale, like to— sell at volume, I needed to simplify a lot. So I ended up sweeping, like I went through my sales page and did a full audit and was like, how can I be as simple as possible? I did the same thing with my webinar. I actually stripped my webinar down to like being as simple as possible. Uh, and that was incredibly helpful. And so, uh, really when it came to improving my messaging, it was actually simplifying. And I think for someone, if you're listening to this and you're like, and you consider consider yourself like someone further along in business, like you're not a beginner, I think you oftentimes experience the curse of the expert where you're fancier than you think. You think you're being simple, but you're still not being simple. And so the Offer Story Builder really helped me to actually simplify my messaging and convert higher. Also, I did targeted email sequences. So I did a driving to my web— like I had a main sequence that I was sending to my main email list, which is driving people to my webinar. That sequence got more pre-enrollments than I've ever gotten before. I had never had so many people reach out being like, I want to join right now, send me the link. I don't need the webinar, send me the link. And that was incredible, especially because my AI copywriter, my 7-figure copywriter that I include inside the program, inside Million Dollar your email, literally wrote those emails for me. So that was awesome to see that it was actually increasing my conversions. It didn't just take writing off my plate, it actually increased my conversions. So that was awesome. And so I had so many people joining just from the Driving to Webinar sequence, but then I also had a separate re-sign sequence that I had the AI, uh, tool write. I ended up realizing, I was like, okay, it could have been a little better. Um, because I think that I still could have been simpler going back to like, how could I be even simpler? But had the highest amount of pre-enrollments that I've ever gotten. So I guess it was pretty good, but I'm just critical. I'm very critical of myself. So I, um, yeah, I had the re-sign sequence and that created the highest amount of pre-enrollments that I ever gotten, uh, or re-signs I should say. And also I should name— I ended up— something that made this launch so different is I actually created an offer story, basically new messaging for each thing that I was doing. So I had specific messaging for like my main email list for my webinar, and then I had specific messaging for my re-sign people, and then I had specific messaging for, uh, like the bundle, like the bonus that I had. I had a specific messaging strategy for that. So I had like a fresh kind of messaging strategy for each phase of the launch, and I used the Offer Story Builder for that. But yeah, I had a re-sign sequence. I had a, um, I have my driving to webinar sequence. This is what really changed the game for me. I think I did two separate affiliate sequences. So for the two webinars that I did in people's programs, I actually wrote sequences for them to send to their clients after I did the webinar. Both of those converted really well and I was like, wow, I can't believe— that was another thing. Like, the, the AI suite really changed my life, this launch, because I would not have had the time or the energy or like the brain space to be able to do everything that I was doing and write two extra email sequences. But the em— the literally the copywriters wrote both of them in an hour and I was able to send them out. And so that increased my conversion. So just being able to like be more targeted and have sequences for everything, every single sales activity I was doing, having a sales sequence. for it was a game changer. So that was huge. And I think because I was doing so much less manual writing, I was able to be a lot more high level and strategic and more creative. So when I was editing my sequences, like I was able to think at such a higher level. So that helped a lot too. That was my sh— those were the strategies so far. I still have a week left. Like I said, we're going for 250. That's 100 70 new people. So I am right now really just working on my mindset around that. And I have like, I ended up going through, I used the, the AI suite. I went into my copy review expert that I have and I was like, okay, hey, this is everything I've sent in the pre-launch. This is all the data that I got. This is what I learned from the pre-launch. These were the objections that I was getting. This is like what I realized the clients were considering most urgent to them. These are the people, the types of people that are joining. How should I fix my upcoming open cart sequence? And it gave me really good feedback. So I ended up making some edits to my open cart sequence and again, simplifying it even further, making it even more urgent and specific to my ideal client. So I used those resources and I also used the launch workbook inside Million Dollar Email, which tells you what to do at every single phase of your launch., and I was like, okay, what do I need to do next? And it helped me with that too. So all of these resources, everything that I'm using is, is inside the Million Dollar Email program that is currently open at the time of this recording.
