In this solo Business Without Burnout podcast episode, host Kirsten Roldan addresses entrepreneurs who are working hard but not seeing the income or freedom they desire. Drawing on her own journey from side‑hustles to a $4 million‑plus business, she presents a simple, five‑step framework to "elevate" different parts of a business during the remaining seven months of 2026. The steps are: (1) Elevate your CEO self by protecting weekly time to work on the business rather than in it; (2) Elevate your offers by clarifying promise, pricing, and delivery so they sell and fulfill easily; (3) Elevate your schedule by allocating consistent weekly blocks for marketing, admin, and client work; (4) Elevate your systems by automating repetitive tasks such as emails, onboarding, and scheduling; and (5) Elevate your support by hiring a dedicated assistant for the area that consumes the most time. Roldan offers a 2‑3‑hour checklist covering these areas, promotes her Million Dollar CEO program for deeper guidance, and invites listeners to register for an upcoming webinar that will reveal the first three actions to take in the next 90 days. The episode ends with a motivational call to achieve the highest‑revenue, lowest‑hour year by December, emphasizing peace of mind alongside profit.

Welcome to the Business Without Burnout podcast. I'm Kirsten Roldan and I help entrepreneurs make a lot of money peacefully. I'm an Eurekan who went from working in healthcare while cleaning houses and braiding hair on the side to building a business that's generated over $4 million and counting. But there was a time I almost shut my business down because I had a lot of money but no peace. I managed to turn it around and that's why every week I share the 4 strategies that help you grow without burnout: email marketing, team systems, and mindset. So let's dive in. You still have 7 months left in 2026. That is enough time to make this your best year. So today I'm going to tell you exactly what to focus on. This episode is for you if you are working very hard but not making the income you want, or you don't like your schedule. You're putting in the hours, but you wish you were making more, or working less. It's also for you if you wanna grow your business, but the only way you can think to do that is to work even more and you don't have more time to give. If either of those sound like you, keep listening. Right now, there is a lot of advice out there. Post more content, build a funnel, start a podcast, use this tool, try that strategy. It can feel overwhelming and when everything feels important, nothing gets done. I have worked with hundreds of business owners, and here is what I learned: the ones who grow the fastest are not doing anything complicated. They are actually doing very basic, very simple things. You do not need a complicated plan, you need a simple one. Everything I am about to share comes down to 5 simple areas. That is it. If you focus on only these 5 things for the rest of 2026, you will see results. So step number 1 that you need to do, you need to elevate your CEO self, meaning you need to stop working in your business and start working on your business. Right now, you might spend the whole day working in the business, serving clients, responding to emails, putting out fires. By the end of the day, you've been busy for hours, but nothing important has moved forward. You're exhausted and you are not sure what you actually accomplished. But when you elevate your CEO self, you have protected time every week to work on your business so it grows. You have time to do new marketing ideas, do outreach, and create new resources for your customers. You're not just reacting to your business, you're leading it. Once you elevate your CEO self, now it's time to elevate your offers. You need to make your offers, what you sell in your business, easier to sell and easier to deliver. You need to edit your promise, your pricing, and your features to make it as profitable and organized as possible. Right now, you have to explain your offer many times before someone understands it, or you feel like you are undercharging but you're scared to raise your prices, or delivering your service takes more time, energy, or money than you want or expected. But when you elevate your offer, it's clear. When you explain it, people immediately understand the value. Your price reflects the value, and delivering it does not drain you or your pockets. It fits cleanly into your week, and it's simple. Then you need to elevate your schedule. You need time for 3 things every week: marketing, admin, and client work. Right now you only work on what feels most urgent. Some weeks you're focused entirely on clients and no marketing gets done. Other weeks you're creating content but falling behind on everything else. You feel like you're always catching up. But once you elevate your schedule, you have a weekly schedule that protects time for all three. Marketing happens consistently, client work gets done, admin does not pile up. You know exactly what you are doing every day and why. Then you have the space and time to elevate your system. You should not be doing everything manually. Right now you're doing the same tasks over and over. You're sending the same emails, you're answering the same questions, you're onboarding every client by hand. It takes up hours of your week and none of it requires your actual expertise. But after you elevate your systems, the repetitive tasks run automatically. New clients get a welcome email without you sending it. Client scheduling gets done without you thinking about it. and you're only doing the work that actually needs you. Now you need to elevate your support. You need to hire someone to support you with either marketing, admin, or client work. You cannot do everything alone forever. At some point, you need to hire someone to help you. Like I said, whether that is for marketing, for admin, for client work, because right now you're doing every single task in your business yourself. You're the one creating content, answering emails, onboarding clients, and handling all the details. There are not enough hours in day, you know you need help, but you don't know where to start or if you can afford it. But once you elevate your support, you have one person supporting you in the area that takes up most of your time. You're freed up to focus on the work only you can do, or that you want to do—selling, serving clients, and growing the business. I have created a simple checklist that covers everything I just talked about, and it only takes 2 to 3 hours to complete. And inside my program, Million Dollar CEO, I will walk through it with you step step by step, because I want you to think about December for a second. If nothing changes right now, you end the year tired. You made the money, but you're not sure where it went. You worked hard all year, but your income looks the same as last year, or maybe worse. You tell yourself that next year will be different, but you don't have a real plan for how it will be. But if you do this work, these 5 simple things, you end the year having hit your highest revenue year ever. You're working fewer hours than you were in January. Your business has a structure that supports you instead of drains you. And you're not just surviving, you're building something that actually works. 7 months is plenty of time to get there, but only if you start now. So my goal is simple. I want to help you make more money and work fewer hours at the same time. By December, I want to help you hit your highest revenue and profit year while working less, and I will show you exactly how on my upcoming webinar. I will also give you the The first 3 things you need to do in the next 90 days to make more money and work less. The link to register is in the show notes. I'll see you there. [FOREIGN LANGUAGE]
