Every elite athlete has a coach. Entrepreneurs who try to go solo miss blind spots and repeat mistakes. Find an experienced mentor to accelerate your business instead of waiting until you're failing.
Every elite athlete has a coach, so why don't you? You're running your business alone, you're making every call and you're solving every problem, trying to figure it out as you go. There's no outside perspective and there's no one challenging your thinking. You can't see your own blind spots and you're too close to it. The athlete who trains without a coach just keeps repeating the same mistakes because no one's there to tell them otherwise. Your business is doing the same thing right now. So get a coach or mentor, mainly not because you're failing, it's because you want to win faster. One outside perspective applied consistently, it's going to change everything. So who's coaching you?
