Pick one or two trusted people and give them strict, narrow instructions about what counts as an absolute necessity that only you can handle. They must resolve everything else themselves. The key word is genuinely: they contact you only if the issue cannot be solved without you and is essential to keep the business running.
Imagine there was a way to take 2 weeks off on holiday and instead of watching your business hemorrhage money, you make just as much or more. They only contact you if something genuinely cannot be handled without you, and the key is in the word genuinely. Not a nice-to-have, absolute necessity to keep the business running. Everything else, they they have to deal with and make sure that you define what an absolute necessity actually looks like. Don't leave that open to interpretation. Then let them fly.
