If you can't step away from your business for 2 weeks without it costing you money, you've got yourself a people problem, not a time problem. There are 3 things that fix it, and this is number 2: training and delegation. And there's a distinction here that matters. Make sure your team know actually what to do, they're properly trained, and they're not just shown once and then left to figure out. Then you need to delegate. Pick your key performers and give them ownership, not necessarily to do every task themselves, but to make sure it gets done. Set clear timelines so they know exactly when things need to be finished. And put a simple feedback structure in place so they can confirm when it's done. Slack, WhatsApp, Discord, whatever your team already uses. That way you're only checking in occasionally, not constantly. And for a Brucey bonus point, get them to send a summary by email. That way you don't even need to look until you're back home. And that is the difference between dumping work on people and genuine delegation. Step 3 is coming tomorrow.
