Awarded!! INNOVATOR of the Year - Phoenix Business Journal ACE Awards 2024

This year's 2024 Innovator of the Year award winner is Reinvention Roofing. When I started reimagine roofing in 2021, we had a vision to reimagine the roofing industry. When you think about a roofer, you don't typically have a high opinion. It's something that a lot of people, you know, in their mind, they're showing up late, they're dirty, they're just not the professional. And we wanted to change that. I knew it had to begin at the employee experience. During my time in the Marine Corps, the biggest indicator of success was troop welfare. If we could create an environment of excellence for our employees, the possibilities were endless and the proof has been in the pudding. In four short years, we've expanded across 10 states nationwide utilizing a tech enabled unicorn business model and sales system that no other roofing company in America is currently utilizing. The only way this was possible is through a collective effort with my entire team of enacting a vision that we had more than four years ago. Without my team, none of this would be possible. Without the long days and the early mornings, without the massive whiteboard sessions and the endless tech demos, without true dedication to changing an industry that has been here since the beginning of time, none of this will be possible. So I'd like to take a moment to thank my team that is here tonight and also give a shout out to my teammates that are not here tonight because we couldn't do this without them. This award is so much more than something just personally for me. It's something about my team. And with that team effort, I just want to thank everyone. Now that's Roofing Reimagine. Thank you, Sam.
