Reimagine Roofing is really about personal development. At the end of the day, we're a personal development company that just happens to sell roofs, and that's the backbone of what we are. I've heard so many stories of people looking back at this as an inflection point in their life. And that, at the end of the day, is my ultimate goal. What we're here to do is make better humans. I love being a part of this team. Just because all the different types of personalities and people that you meet and you can just pick anyone's brain and. And just learn different things from different people. It's just about everybody being a team player and willing to put in their work to help each other out. I really didn't have much experience, and everybody was willing to kind of pitch in and kind of tailor me and build me up. The team is diverse. The team here has got people from all over all different walks of life, Veterans to people who are just really starting their first professional job. We have some of the best minds here, and I like that. We're not pulling directly from the roofing industry. We're actually pulling from several other industries, getting them all molded into this reimagined roofing culture that we have here. Basically, it's a bunch of high performers, and I really like it. We make sure that our employees are here, are trying to make themselves better every day. We encourage you to take a class, learn a different language, do something else, go to the gym, eat properly. You know, we're actually focused on the individual and not just, you know, looking at their employees. They're actually a team. You know, that camaraderie that comes from the military, it's just trickling down here, and I think a lot of people really like that. I love everything about my job. I love everything about reimagine. I love the culture. I love the energy. I feel like I'm actually doing something transforming and awesome within the roofing industry. It's amazing, honestly. I mean, everyone's there to support each other. Everyone wants to learn from each other. Everyone just is there to help out and make each other grow. Team is like a family. Everyone's been nothing but supportive, reaches out a lot. Communication is great. Really the best company that I've ever dealt with in such a short period of time. For me, as both an investor, a partner in the business, I view the culture as just a very valuable asset that Cody has really helped to shape and construct, and one that I think is going to sustain for many years to come. Culture to me is everything in a company. The best companies I've worked for are always about the culture. We could have sold anything, done anything. The people is the key to it. And we always learn things here. Cody's always challenging us to learn new things for a young guy. He's taught me a lot of new things, so it's been a lot of fun. I think the biggest thing that sticks out to me is how in it to win it. Everybody is here. There's not one person that works for the company that wouldn't drop everything to help the guy next to him. I have never in my career of over 40 years of the construction trades, seeing so many people just willing to jump in and help. We are a company I consider with a great deal of young individuals and to watch those young people learning new skills and their confidence levels getting boosted and just jumping up is just really empowering for me. The team is simply amazing. You know, I come from the Marine Corps where camaraderie is what got us through the tough times. And I feel that vibe here. We work together, whether it's my production team or the office team, we all work coincidely and it's just, it's just an amazing feeling. People want to work here. They want to work with Cody and for Cody. And I feel like when you have a really strong leader who genuinely cares about his employees, then it just makes people want to work even harder. This company looks for what you're best at and places you there. They're not looking to just hire you in and make you climb the ranks, so to speak. They find where you're good at and they place you there. And that's why we're so successful. I've had, you know, I've worked jobs before this and never did I feel as included or never did I feel as part of a family and a team as I do here. Everywhere else it's just another job. Here it's a, you know, it's a career and it's a pathway to success. Everyone on this team I consider a family and I'm excited to see what kind of other people we bring on this team. More family. I would say that it is definitely a place for somebody who is willing to put the time in will definitely reap the rewards. It is definitely for a go getter. So if you're able to adapt to those type of environments and you can thrive and be a self starter, then the sky's the limit for you. Really what I'm looking for is someone that wants to change their life. You know, at the end of the day, if you're only looking for a job, this will not be for you. This is something where you have to have the full commitment. You have to understand that part of what it is to be a reimaginator is getting up early and, you know, doing the right thing when you get up early in the morning, setting some goals, setting your intentions, maybe getting some physical fitness in. If you're not gonna do what's best for you day in and day out, you're not gonna be able to grow. And if you're not willing, then you don't want to be part of the team. There's two ways to look at this position. You either look it as an opportunity or a job. If you look at this as a job, you will not be successful because it's not a job. It's a true opportunity to change your life. People that come in here and want to live through and really change their lives, that's where we see the inspiration off the charts, and that's where we see the connection and the growth that's just, you know, unmatched in anything I've ever seen in my life.
