Reimagine Roofing’s Tile Roofing Packages: Which One is Right for You?

Cody, CEO of Reimagine Roofing, walks through the company's four tile roofing packages, explaining features, benefits, and warranties to help you pick the right one for your home.
Hey there, Cody, CEO with reimagine roofing. And what I want to do today is talk a little about our roofing packages for tile roofing. So we have four main packages. The first one is the stone coated steel or new tile option. And this is for homeowners that really want to reimagine the exterior of their home. If you're tired of the current look you have on your home, this would be an option for you. Now, from a functional standpoint, the tiles that you currently have on your roof right now are more than good to be reinstalled. But some of our homeowners like to look at either a metal roofing tile or a new concrete tile in order to modernize their house. This is going to truly transform the way your home looks and it would be the last roof you ever need. And this is going to come with a 50 year labor warranty and a 50 year material warranty. Now, moving down from the stone coated steel, the next that we're going to look at is the bulletproof package. Of this package. We keep the same concrete tile you have right now. We and we're going to change the underlayment and the battens and the flashing. Everything on that roof is going to be brand new except the tiles. Now, the big difference with the bulletproof package that you're going to have elevated battens as well as intake ventilation on the eaves and the X exhaust on the ridge. And what this does is this provides above deck ventilation. It allows the air flow to enter from the edge of the roof and, and escape through the top of the roof. This is going to provide a more cooling effect for your attic. It's going to make the home a lot more comfortable, and it's going to save you money on your electricity bill. I've included a video in this playlist that shows exactly what elevated battens do. So be sure to check out that video and see if it's something that you might be interested in. All right, moving on from there. After the bulletproof package is the peace of mind package. From the bulletproof to the peace of mind package, we no longer have the elevated bats. Now, the other major change is on the bulletproof package. We have a 30 year workmanship warranty and then we move down to a 20 year workmanship warranty with the peace of mind. And the other big difference is since we don't have the elevated battens that we do not have that above deck ventilation, we still have a great warranty. If and we still have that high temp Self adhered underlayment that I've also included a video in this. This is the premium underlayment. This is the best underlayment on the market and underlayment is what actually protects the home. Now moving on from the peace of mind package is our essentials package. What changes with this is we go from the premium peel and stick high temp self adhered underlayment to the mechanically fastened, the nailed on underlayment. And if you watch that video included in the playlist, this is the difference between the green underlayment and the blue underlayment. The mechanically fastened underlayment is held on by nails. And so the drawback with that is we're going to have to install approximately 10,000 nails on your roof. And all of those are potential leak points down the road. With that being said, this is still a great package. It's also our most affordable. Many homeowners do find that this is what's best for them. That being said, our most popular package is the peace of mind package because it blends the affordability longevity on the warranty. Just to do a final recap of everything we talked about, the stone coated steel or the new tile is the 50 year option that's really going to transform the home, give you a whole new look, modernize the house. Moving down from there is the bulletproof feature. Here is that you have the elevated battens which help the home stay cool and save you some money on your electricity bill. And it has that premium peel and stick underlayment. Moving from the bulletproof to the peace of mind. What changes from there is we remove the elevated battens and we go with standard battens and then we also step down from a 30 year to a 20 year warranty. And then finally we have the essentials package which is our most affordable. We go from the premium peel and stick underlayment to the mechanically fastened. Now with this underlayment, we're still using the synthetic underlayment which is an upgrade over your standard 30 pound felt. Now with this essentials package, you'd be getting a 10 year workmanship warranty. Please make sure you check out the other two videos in this playlist as well as some of our other projects. So you can really understand the difference between the different packages and what might be best for you and your family. Look forward to earning your business.
