Reimagined Roofing's founder accepts an Exceptional Workplace Award from the Greater Phoenix Chamber, celebrating the company's growth since 2021 and its mission to transform the roofing industry through employee development and better workplace culture.
And now our 2024 impact small business of the year award in the category of exceptional workplace goes to. Congratulations to reimagined. In 2021, when I started reimagine roofing, we had a vision to reimagine the roofing industry. When you think about a roofer, it's not typically the most best thoughts when out of the trades. And so we really wanted to change that. I knew it had to begin at the employee experience. During my time in the Marine Corps, I got a unique and keen understanding of how troop welfare can change the outcome of mission success. And so we knew that if we could create an environment of excellence for our employees, the possibilities would be endless. And the proof has been in the pudding. Reimagined roofing has become so much more. Over the course of the last three and a half years, we've grown across seven states. We have 40 employees that come in each and every day thrilled to be doing what we're doing. And we're changing the perception and the professionalism of the roofing industry at large. In addition to that, we have over 450 five star reviews because happy employees make happy homeowners, which make happy employees. But the thing I'm most proud of is that we've stayed true to our core mission, which was to be a personal development company that just happened to build roofs. And finally, I want to thank my entire team for the heart and soul that they put into building this. I'm so proud to be able to accept this on behalf of my team of professionals, on behalf of the trades in general, and also on behalf of every everybody involved in the company that has helped redefine what it means to be a roofer.
