Kyle Mallien breaks down a century-old dry cleaning operation with 60 employees and $3.2 million in annual revenue. The business runs on heavy equipment and processes that have barely changed over a hundred years.
It's got 60 employees, $3.2 million in revenue, and been around for 100 years. Literally 1925 is when it was established. And so I would love to investigate this one right here. I would love to do a deep dive on this one. If somebody wants to profile it for me, I'll help you. I'll help you move through it. Because it's really interesting. I mean, the entrance into this thing would be $150,000 to 45 in debt service. After debt service would be about 275. This is, you know, there's no FF&E listed here, but this is a heavy equipment based business. All of this stuff is done by machines. A lot of these machines are expensive. This process just hasn't changed over. Over, you know, long amounts of time. The process hasn't changed. And so I like it for those reasons.
