This is a YouTube video titled "From EMT Driver to 7 Figure Business Owner" containing a monologue or personal story where the speaker recounts meeting Kyle during the COVID pandemic and describes their journey from being an NEMT driver to acquiring and growing multiple businesses, including a recent $3.5 million deal in Chicago. The content is a single speaker narrative focused on business growth and investment experiences.
Then I met Kyle in the middle of COVID because I was wondering, holy crap, what if the tenants do not pay rent, you know, next month? This was in March. And just really, really scared, really nervous, and he's like, what if you could take $150,000 and invest it into a $1.5 million business and get back 200 to 150,000 a year? Would that interest you? At the time, I'm like, hell, yeah. I need cash flow bad. And, you know, back in the day, kind of how things come full circle, when I was just getting started in real estate, I actually was an nemt driver. So that's what I was using to build up my real estate portfolio. I was using the nemt income to use for down payments so that I can buy real estate. So when this opportunity came along, I'm like, man, this is perfect. And so I went and bought that company in Florida for $350,000, did 50% seller financing. I didn't even know at the time you could do seller financing on a business acquisition, which was pretty cool. Raised that money, raised 175,000 for the down payment. I'm now four years into that deal, almost done paying this guy off. We bought that deal. First year, I did $58,000. Like, third year, we did like, 450. And then now this year, we're probably going to be close to doing seven figures in net income. One company. So, yeah, so. So then. Then, you know, then that's when the wheels just started turning. And we're now on acquisition number six. We just closed Chicago last month right before I went to Europe, and that was a $3.5 million deal. Biggest deal of my career.
