But my first recycling business off the back of 2008 I got crushed in real estate and did well oh 1 ran it up to 7 and 87 got out of the business 8 just got absolutely crushed and so you know I was like I'm never going to get back into real estate I'm too much of a degenerate gambler to not get back into real estate but it's a mandatory right like once you start making cash all your money's got to go over to real estate to protect your money anyways But I held off as long as I could and my investment thesis was well people are always going to produce trash no matter what good economy, bad economy it doesn't matter and so that's how I ended up getting into the trash space to begin with so I think mandated services trash education I think education is always going to do well because people are always going to be looking to make more money especially when things get tight and tough when.
