The number one millionaire maker in all of small businesses is actually dry cleaners. So I don't know if you've ever thought about this strategy, but like, let me show you this dry cleaners, it is growing at a, at a great clip right now. I know tide is getting in this space. We talk about laundry mats and how that there's a physical constraint to, to laundromats because you know, you might have 40 washers and 40 dryers, but you can only make 50 to 75 to $125,000. And when you look at that asset, it's a junk asset. Like they're still using coins unless they moved over to non coin up. It's always in seedy parts of town. They're tough to manage. You know, the labor is always lower end labor that you need like ridiculous hours of the day. Like, like there's a lot of things there to consider owning that type of an asset. And because it's a 2,000 square foot laundromat in a beach city, you know, you can only have so much coverage area before, like it's just too far for somebody to go to that. Right. So it is really, really, it is finite as far as your growth strategies. But let me show you this. So I start cruising through some of these and I started looking at the numbers and let's just start with a fresh pad because I'll show you my exact strategy with salon suites, just in another category and why it's relevant. One of these doesn't make sense. A bunch of them does.
