This is a YouTube video titled "Unlocking $94K The Power of Investment in Learning" containing a monologue or speech from February 20, 2025, discussing the value of investing in learning and collaboration with colleagues including Kyle, Marvin, Jake, and Michelle to avoid costly mistakes in deals. The speaker reflects on the importance of shared knowledge and the benefits of being part of this learning experience.
You know, that one month that Kristen was talking about, I mean, that's $94,000 we wouldn't have known about. I mean, you know, you think about the value. That is what that represents. I mean, you know, it's a big investment to be here, but how much would it cost us not to be here? You know, we're investing in ourselves, and that's learning through through talking to Marvin, to the calls with Jake and Michelle and and Kyle, and just learning from each other and what they beat in our heads, you know, and they help us to find where the rattlesnakes are in a deal so we don't get bit. And it's very important. And so, you know, it's just it's been a tremendous experience being here, and we look forward to learning more, doing more, and also helping be a resource for everybody else in this room as well.
