Hi, my name is Lindsay McMurray and I'm the founder of Kiehl's in Motion. We're a human capital consulting firm that focuses on the efficiency and effectiveness of your mid to senior level management. I'd like to talk a bit about what it is to be an effective manager and to manage in today's environment. Historically, management was about getting things done. Now it's much more than that. We're dealing with flatter organizations, we're dealing with leaner organizations, complex change due to technology, transparency, and being a manager, we need to be able to balance balance our people as well as getting things done. So what we like to do as an organization is come in and assess and understand what's going on within the organization, how your people are, what are their capabilities and strengths as managers aligned with what you expect them to get done, and create, leveraging a coach approach, create a process or system around them to be able to give them the skills and requirements. We often look at what kinds of supports you bring, whether it's mentoring or training, and we integrate that into some of our solutions. Love to have a chance to talk with you more about some of the services we can bring, and please don't hesitate to reach out.
