Hi, my name is Lindsay McMurray and I'm the founder of Cues in Motion. We're a human capital consulting firm focused on the effectiveness and efficiency of your mid to senior level management. I want to talk a bit about sustainable training solutions. I've been in the industry for over 20 years and I've seen a lot happening, and a lot of organizations are looking at how can we take our training to the next level. The biggest area that, because of cost, that gets cut is the sustainability of it. Often All it takes is a little bit more of engaging the managers of the employees that are taking that training, helping those managers of the participants or the senior executive understand what's gone on in those training programs and integrate it into your one-on-one solutions or integrate it into the language or their daily meetings. Training is a powerful tool when supported appropriately. I'd love to talk with you and see if there's ways we can support you with creating those sustainable solutions. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
