Hi, my name is Craig Pawlik, and my wife Catherine and I own a small retirement home in Muskoka, Ontario, Canada. We bought the retirement home about 3 years ago, and it needed extensive renovations in order to become licensed with the province of Ontario as a recognized and operating retirement home with the province. We met Lindsay McMurray about a year ago, and he was explaining to us at the time about a program that he had developed that was going to help coach and mentor entrepreneurs in Ontario to try to better their business and have a better understanding with their business. Probably the single greatest component of this program would be the mind shift change that we can no longer now erase. How we approach every problem, how we approach every decision, how we look at something from a cash outlay and say, is it better to do this versus that? Do we gain more from this if we were to pay for this contractor versus myself do the work? Has absolutely given us a better balance in our personal lives as well as in the balance of the business and not having to be so hands-on. Working with Lindsay and his open receptiveness to what we're going through, his knowledge base and how he can apply principles that are found in his course and in his program to our situation is very, very beneficial to us, and we're very appreciative to Lindsay for the time that he takes to talk to us. I highly recommend for entrepreneurs startup or a million-plus in sales, to reach out and talk to Lindsay because he really does understand what small businesses need in Ontario. And it's very, very appreciative that he is as personal as he is to work with entrepreneurs as they continue to try to create smaller businesses and grow them into bigger businesses, but at the same time helping to create life balance for all those involved. So, a big thank you to Lindsay for the time that you take with each of us.
