How to Activate Your Peptides

Step-by-step guide to activating peptide vials, covering how to handle bacterial static water, dose correctly, store safely, and follow proper precautions. The speaker walks through the full process and points to a peptide portal for additional resources.
Hi. Okay, I'm going to walk you through how to activate your peptides. So you should have your full protocol in the mail shipped to you. This does come in ice. And you're gonna have peptide vials in the actual, like an envelope where there's ice. And then there'll be a box with the rest of your protocol. So what I want you to do when before you activate is open everything up. So open up your box. And in your box you will have an instruction card and protocol card. Make sure that you scan the back of that QR code and watch that video. It is just going to help reiterate everything I'm saying. Make sure that you just understand the whole process. Then what I want you to know is you're gonna have two different size needles in your box. So you're gonna have a larger needle that is 100 units. It can hold 100 units of bacteria static water. It's going to come in a package of 10. So I want you to open that up and place just one of those 100 unit vials and put that to the side. Then you will have individually wrapped syringes. These hold 30 units. So this is what you're going to use your actual injection with each week or each day depending on your protocol. But those are the ones that are individually wrapped. So. So we'll put those to the side because we don't need them right now. You will also have some alcohol wipes. Very important. So keep those to the side. And then you will also have two other things. You will have your bacterial static water. This is what is going to activate your peptide. So we'll put that aside and it is the larger vial. And then we have your smaller vial which is going to be your actual peptide and it has the powder in it. So the first thing we're going to want to do is activate your peptide. How do we do that? First, your specific dosing is on your card, so please watch for that. But today I'm actually activating the GLP1 semaglutide. So we're gonna open up that bacterial static water right here. Bacterial static water is when you activate the peptide, we take off that cap and there should be a little rubbery top at the rubbery piece at the top. Then we're gonna take the actual peptide, remove that top as well. And there should be also a rubbery top. This one is a little stronger than the other one. Let's see here. Okay, perfect. So you see that top as well. So let's activate the peptide we are going to take our 100 unit vial and we are going to insert it into the center of the bacteriostatic water. Then you're going to flip the peptide upside down. Think children's Tylenol. You're filling it up, right? And you're gonna fill up this whole thing of 100 units. So it's gonna take us in. You see how some of these bubbles are filling up? You should be able to see the full thing in there. This one is full. 100 full units. Okay, then I'm going to remove, but keep the needle pointed up. Okay, So I am now done with this bacterial static water. I'm going to place it to the side. The next step is you're going to take your little peptide vial and you will insert it here into the center. And then we are going to slowly push the bacterial static water into the peptides. You should see the powder start to melt, start to mix around. And then I'm going to slowly swirl it, twirl it, just get everything mixed together. Okay. One thing I want to note, this doesn't look like a lot. Okay. We only put 1, 100 units in it. That's based on this GLP1 peptide. This is normal. We just made 100 units of this peptide. And so if you are dosing at five units a week, going to last a long time, you don't need a lot. Little is going to go a long way. So after that you can plug in, put your safety pieces back on and you can throw this away, no problems at all. And then we will not need this bacterial static water anymore. These only last about six weeks fresh. Unless you're activating another peptide, you can keep it, but if you're not, just toss it, Just get rid of it, Push it to the side. We can throw these little cappers away. So super important that you keep this activated peptide in your fridge. I keep mine at the top of my fridge. I can see it. So that way I'm reminded when to take it. And then your two other vials for the GLP one specifically can go in the freezer. That will last up to one year. And that is the best way to preserve it. This one you want to keep in the fridge, it'll last up to six months. So if you're ready to take your induction, you are going to take that smaller individually wrapped needle, the smaller one, and this. And we're going to open this up here. Okay. Similar to what we did to activate our cup type is we are gonna open up the needle top and bottom that you get orange pieces. You are going to insert at the top and then you will flip it upside down. And depending on your dosing. Now usually when we start it's about two and a half to five units. I want to show you that it's not a lot, okay. And you may have to play around with it until you see the actual peptide come out. So here we go. There's two and a half units. Keep it up. It's really not a lot. It's like a baby microdose, right? We want to get you to your sweet spot and not take too much at once. So that is how you are going to activate your peptides. If you have any questions at all, please submit them in the peptide portal. And also make sure you read over your dosing your instructions in the QR code and and please read through your peptide portal information to Avala protocols has everything you need in there. Okay. Let me know if you have any questions.
