1️⃣ 🏀 Welcome to Productivity Madness | Starting with the Sunday Basket category

In this video, Lisa Woodruff introduces Organized 365’s “Productivity Madness” series by spotlighting the flagship Sunday Basket product line. She explains that the Sunday Basket, originally a digital system, is now a physical box with divider and color‑coded slash pockets that claims to save homemakers up to 5 hours per week (8 million total hours saved). The offering includes a printed playbook, online course, and a lifetime membership to the Sunday Basket Club – a 90‑minute weekly coworking session held 40 weeks a year – plus an optional small‑group Sunday Basket Class led by Monique for hands‑on assembly and labeling. Woodruff contrasts the Sunday Basket with other Organized 365 items such as Productivity Notepads, Productivity Tabs, and weekly/monthly tear‑pad planners, describing their design (e.g., weekly sheet starts on Monday, untimed sections for flexible circadian rhythms) and use cases (meal planning, task prioritization, monthly household maintenance). She then presents the Portable Sunday Basket, a handle‑equipped, travel‑ready version for taking binders and essential documents on the go. Central to the system are the slash pockets, each solid‑colored to represent a category of “invisible work” (e.g., orange = computer/calendar, red = medical, yellow = errands, green = administrative, blue = people/meetings, purple = projects, pink = personal ideas). Throughout, Woodruff frames the products as educational tools, drawing on her roles as teacher, mother, CEO, and PhD student, emphasizing limitless possibilities while staying focused on home and work tasks. The video ends by inviting viewers to vote in the Productivity Madness bracket and previewing the next product category.
Chapters
Welcome to Productivity Madness. Here we are at Organized 365, and we're gonna have some fun with some organizing products. Let me just tell you, organizing can be fun. We're gonna go ahead and seed our rounds today, and we're gonna start with the Sunday Basket category. The Sunday Basket category is the OG, the original Organized 365 product. As a matter of fact, fun fact, It used to be a completely digital product until we started to manufacture on our own. So the first product that we ever manufactured and the winner of Productivity Madness in 2022, 2022, is the Sunday Basket. So the Sunday Basket has so— I mean, she just has so much. She, she comes to the center court knowing like, look, I'm the original. I help make the invisible work visible. I have saved almost 8 million hours. I have saved women at home almost 8 million hours. The Sunday Basket saves on average 5 hours per week once you assemble and start using it. Purchasing it does not count. So the Sunday Basket is a physical box. It's a physical box with a divider in it. This is the brand new Caramel Macchiato color. She thought she'd show up to the game, you know, fully caffeinated. Ready to play. Inside of your Sunday basket, you're going to get a bunch of slash pockets, and the slash pockets in a minute are going to tell their own story. But this comes with slash pockets— pink, purple, blue, green— and also one set of the rainbow. It also comes with a printed out playbook so that you could follow along if you're someone who likes to read and learn. There's also an online course, many other things. We'll be talking about those as they come to the center court as well. So who, who, what, what Organized 365 product is the poor soul that has to go round one against the Sunday Basket? I mean, this is going to be a tough competition. And I'm sorry to say that the Productivity Notepads and the new Productivity Tabs drew the short straw. They're like, oh, we're great and all, like, we're wonderful. Because we can color coordinate everything along with the slash pockets so that all of your products Work together and we can make visible all of the thoughts that you have in your head. Put one on each individual card. We go into the Sunday Basket, we know that we're supporters of the Sunday Basket. We're just really not sure how we're going to do against the Sunday Basket. And I think it's a good thing to say right now, we're not in competition. Like, this isn't truly a competition. All of the Organized 365 products work together. To save homemakers time to organize our physical spaces so that we have more time to do what we're uniquely created to do. But we are going to continue to pit these products against each other to find out which one do you vote, which one do you think is the best at organizing you and increasing your productivity. All right, hopefully you have downloaded your Productivity Madness bracket and you're playing along. We want you to vote. When we come back, we are going to be finding out who you vote. So you're gonna vote. Is it the Sunday Basket, which makes you more organized and productive, or is it having productivity notepads and tabs? All right, next, I mentioned that the Sunday Basket comes with some support. It comes with a ridiculous amount of support. The Sunday Basket is a one-time purchase for a lifetime of training, and included in that lifetime training The way that we are going to physically represent these digital assets are on our lattice binder here. We have Monique and Michelle who run the Sunday Basket Club about 40 weeks out of the year. Again, one Sunday Basket purchase, you're in the lifetime membership of the Sunday Basket Club. This is a coworking time that starts at 5 o'clock Eastern. It goes for 90 minutes about 40 weeks of the year. And then also, that's the Sunday Basket Club. And then also there's an optional add-on. If you're like, you know, I really would like to work with Monique in a small group, like I would like to have her say, open the box, assemble the box. Okay, here's how we're going to label each of the slash pockets. I need the accountability. I need to be told what to do. I need to be affirmed that yes, those are good ways to label your slash pockets. That is the Sunday Basket Class. So So Sunday Basket Class with Monique, having her walk you through in a really small group and actually getting you started on the Sunday Basket, or is it more powerful for you to be in a group of like-minded people in our Sunday Basket Club community where you're really working hand in hand, shoulder to shoulder on Zoom with other people who are also taking back their life and getting organized? That is our second bracket. Third bracket. Oh, one of the things I love about Productivity Madness is I'm a teacher. Like, I have a teaching degree. I love teaching. And really, Organized 365 is an education company. And I continue to make office supplies, school supplies for the work that I do at home, knowing that this is what I need to be organized and productive. Maybe it's what you need to be organized and productive. And there are some flaws in the things that are on the market. If there are things on the market that work, like planners, I don't make a planner. But if there are office supplies that don't work for a homemaker, then I do make one. And these are the 2 tear pads we came out with in the last couple of years. One is a monthly tear pad and one is a weekly tear pad. When you take a look at the weekly tear pad, the thing that I love about our weekly tear pad is that it starts on Monday. Monday, like Monday through Friday, I work one way. I work You know, in my paid work, you know, we're running school, we're in that kind of a schedule. Saturday, Sunday, completely different energy, completely different work. On Saturday, I'm doing my cleaning. On Sunday, I'm doing my organizing and planning. And that's just kind of the cadence I've had since I was a child, really. And so I want a sheet, a weekly sheet, where I could plan on Sunday, starting on Monday, my entire week on paper. On our weekly planning sheet, There is a place to put what you're eating each day for your meal planning. There's a place to write down your plan. If you're in school with Organized 365, you know, are you gonna be in the Sunday Basket Club? Are you in the Friday Work Box Club? Like, what is your organizing plan while you're in school with me? What are your top 3 that you wanna get done for the day? And then what are you going to do in your morning, afternoon, and evening? This sheet is untimed for a reason. Some people are morning people. They're gonna start at 6:00 AM. Some people haven't seen 6:00 AM ever in their life except when they were like a baby and they start their day more at 9:00, 10:00, or 11:00. Some people, their day, like me, I'm in my hot bath by 6:30 PM. Some people are just getting started. Like, they go to bed at midnight, 1:00, 2:00, it doesn't matter. This will work for any type of circadian rhythm, any kind of person. You determine what your morning, afternoon, and evening times are and then what your priorities are. There are 52 sheets in this notepad. I, I'm not from the Dark Ages. I do use a Google Calendar. So I pull up my Google Calendar on Sunday night. I literally write out by hand my week so I could see, oh boy, I've scheduled myself to be in 2 places at the same time. That's not gonna work. I might need to make a change. Now the Sunday Basket weekly planning sheet is used in the Sunday Basket Club, and I mean, she's really starting to get a lot of attention. A lot of people are starting to use her for productivity. This poor little monthly tear pad, she just really hasn't gotten the love that she needs and frankly deserves. She's actually 2 sheets in one. You may not know that, but there are 12 monthly sheets and then there are also 12 monthly planning sheets. Let's start with the monthly sheet first. Once again, I have yet to find A planner, a calendar where you can look at your month and start on Monday. I want to be able to look at my month and start on Monday. I want to see my Monday through Friday here. I want to see my weekend days together here for planning purposes. This is undated. I really like to see a full week. So if the first of the week is on a Wednesday, let's say, I'm going to put the 31st, the 30th, and the 21st on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. That means the first is on Thursday. You understand what I'm saying. So that I can see full weeks at a time. I don't need to have to flip my calendar in order to see weeks that are broken up. So I really like to have it that way. And I put this on the refrigerator for the family still to this day. So they know when are school nights, when are the holidays, when are we doing some fun family things. Now this second sheet, Let's take a good look at this. These are the monthly tasks that you do to manage a household that you're always, you know, kind of, when was the last time I changed the furnace filter? I can't remember when I changed the furnace filter. Did we give the dog the flea and tick medicine? I can't remember if we gave the dog the flea and tick medicine. Did I schedule my credit card payment yet? All of these things that are not automatic are variable, but also are done monthly, not weekly. Where, where do you put these things? And your brain is constantly trying to serve these up to you at home. And sometimes you go, oh my gosh, when was the last time I changed the furnace filter? I don't even remember. So this is your monthly planning sheet. And I do write it out by hand every month. It's just how I do it. I make a list of all the bills that are due and then I highlight them as they are paid. I have a list and everybody has their own unique list of the things that you do every single month. That I rewrite here in the middle. And then I take a look at, are there any special days coming up this month? And are there any notes like last payment for the remodeling job or anything like that that I, I could quickly flip to whatever month that is, write that note in there so when I get to that month I remember, oh yeah, this is the last payment, or this is when I need to register for camp, or this is when we need to buy the plane tickets for the trip to whatever. You can kind of schedule out some of those tasks Then you don't really have another place to put them. So that is the Weekly Planning Sheet and the Monthly Tear Pad. Good luck, team. The last pairing in the Sunday Basket category are 2 powerhouses. I don't know how you're gonna pick between these 2, to be honest with you. It's really— I mean, it's really going to be hard. One is the Portable Sunday Basket. So the Portable Sunday Basket has handles. Can be carried with you. It has a divider in it as well, and all of the outside are different pockets that you can put things in. She's very, very functional. She was designed to accompany the Sunday Basket. So the Sunday Basket lives on your kitchen counter. It's like a solid place where you could put actionable to-dos, things you need to remember to order, mail. People can drop you notes in there. You can put yourself a little bit of chocolate in there. But it is a fixture on the kitchen counter. You might move it on Sunday to the family room or the kitchen table in order to process it and move it back, but she's not going out of the house. Like, she's not dressed to leave the house. She doesn't have handles. She's very heavy once she's full. She has way too many projects in there. You don't need all of that when you leave the house. The portable Sunday basket is really designed to just take a handful of projects with you so that you have everything that you need. But also specifically in the last 22 years that I've been using the Sunday Basket, before there even was one, the thing that I found that I was always leaving the house with was not just slash pockets and notes, but usually a binder. So if you find yourself leaving the house as power of healthcare, power of attorney, settling an estate, advocating for someone's medical needs, advocating for your own medical needs, going to visit a lawyer, Or a CPA, you can fit your binders right inside the portable Sunday basket. They're literally designed to be this way. Specifically when you need to step in for your parents or another family member and you find yourself running here and there, great place to keep their small Sunday basket, their medical binder. You are portable, you're ready to go. So that is the portable Sunday basket. She has 9 colors. Like, she has 9 different patterns that you can find her in. This is one of the new ones that came out in January, the pink and black stripes. My personal favorite, what I'm carrying right now. Now, the true workhorse of all these products that you're going to see, and really the difference maker for me personally and why I decided to even start manufacturing things to begin with, are the slash pockets. What is a slash pocket? Why are slash pockets so special? Slash pockets. Let's go ahead and open some up. You've probably seen these before. You binder inserts at the office supply store or in the school supply aisle. They are see-through pockets. Ours have a pocket on the front and a pocket on the back. They've got a little place where you can add a label. This is what we call the 1.0 set. This is where you get started in the Sunday Basket, the 1.0, the things that you need to do this week, go on your calendar, errands that you're gonna have, Bills you need to pay, things you're waiting for. These you're going to do every single week in the Sunday Basket. And then what is unique to Organize 365 is that we have solid colored slash pockets. These you will not see at office supply stores, and we have them in every color. And as you learn about Organize 365 and you start to understand all of the invisible work that you're doing, these will start to make visible. All of that work. So orange work is computer work, it's calendar work. Red work is important work, medical work. Yellow is for errands, things that are outside of the house, or when you need an additional color in once you're using these systems longer. Green is administrative, email, checklists, financial. Blue is always related to people and meetings. Purple is related to projects, visible work that you could see, customers. And pink is your personal work, your idea, future things, things that are in research. So much of the Organized 365 products that have been created to date are because I am a visionary. I am a creative. I am a teacher. I am a mother. I'm a CEO. I'm a PhD student right now. I'm so many things. I don't want to be limited. I want to have a limitless future Limitless possibilities. However, I need to stay focused on the task at hand at home, at work, in school, and these systems and processes help hold all of my ideas and things that I have in process so that when I'm ready to dive into that, I have everything at my fingertips and I can really make a lot of progress. All right, we're gonna go ahead and put that in the brackets and then we'll be ready to seed the second category, which is it— which The second category, which is our home organization products.
