The Sunday Basket is amazing, absolutely amazing. I have 2 in my kitchen. They live in a cabinet, and I can just open the door with any mail or note cards with ideas, tasks, whatever that might be, put that in there, shut the door. My countertop is free, and I don't have to think about it until I'm ready to sit down and go through the Sunday Basket.
What I spent was just pennies. Compared to the time that it saved me with looking for things, looking for papers, my to-do lists, my ideas that pop in my head. Like, everything that has to do with a piece of paper or a project is in one place, and I do not have to spend time, you know, trying to find that stuff.
It has changed the way my home functions in that every piece of paper that comes into the house goes in that basket. And my family knows that every piece of paper goes into that basket, so I never have to look for lost permission slips or bills or receipts.
So after trying to do it on my own for a while, thinking I didn't need to buy the program, I could just get a basket and follow her directions— no, no, no, no, it's not that easy. It is easy when you get the basket and then join the Sunday book club. And do your Sunday basket every Sunday. I now know where my rebate forms are and coupons and appointments for the dogs.
Realizing that it is practically an external, physical, tangible brain, that, that's what I keep everything in, from reminders to, oh, I thought about, you know, Repainting something, or I had a great idea on how we could organize this, or the kids mentioned wanting something like this for Christmas. And I'll just write all these things down and throw them into my Sunday Basket, and then once a month, or once a week, I'll go through them and organize them. And some of them are things that I had already done that week, and other things were things that I wanted to save for later, and I would put it in a slash pocket.
It is so freeing and it is such a wonderful thing to have a habit and a system that helps save you time and money, and it helps the rest of your week go smoothly so that you can sit down and take advantage of a thoughtful, peaceful moment to make my week great.
I have great peace of mind knowing that I can find everything in that basket and that I can go through every Sunday and sort it and make sure that I am ready for the upcoming week and I have whatever papers I need for my upcoming tasks.
It has just—
it's been a total game changer. My husband loves it, I love it, and I don't always get to it every single week, but over the summer there isn't a whole lot in it, so I've been able to kind of go through it when I'm like, okay, it's, it's time. And it's just, it's great. I highly recommend it. I think you guys will absolutely love it, and I can't even tell you enough great things about it. So give it a try.
Oh, it's been a huge game changer. It's taken a lot of stress off of me just in terms of keeping up with everything that I have to do on a daily basis.
I actually look forward to that time to go through the Sunday Basket and be more organized and be on top of tasks that before I would just put in a pile and forget about and then miss things and lose things, and it was not good for me or my family. I think the system and the product is absolutely Absolutely incredible. And the biggest thing for me is it is freeing, and I love it, and I would highly recommend it.
