I was responsible, capable, and organized. So why did my life feel like it was falling apart? From the outside, my life looked fine. I had routines, systems, and responsibilities handled, but inside I felt like I was sinking. The harder I worked, the heavier everything became. That's when I realized effort wasn't the problem. The problem was everything I was carrying that nobody could see. The remembering, the planning, the anticipating. I've spent decades helping women organize their lives. And I've seen this pattern over and over and over again. When your life outgrows the systems you're using to hold it, working harder doesn't help. It actually makes it worse. If this feels familiar, leave a comment or share it with someone who needs to hear it.
