All right, we are down to our final 8, and there is a theme here. There is a theme as to which products are getting eliminated. See if you can figure it out before I tell you at the end. Let's get started. We are going to start with our Sunday Basket, and if I knew how and had a maestro and could play music— Our Sunday Basket entering the court in her champagne basket. That shimmers just a bit when you see it in person, would be coming onto the court to this song. Isn't she lovely? Isn't she wonderful? The Sunday Basket just last week celebrated her 6th birthday. She is 6 years old. That's when an idea that I had 22 years ago became manifest into reality, when this box was literally Manufactured. And actually, fun fact, before the box was manufactured, the slash pockets were manufactured. That's right, we manufactured slash pockets before we even knew how to design or manufacture the actual Sunday Basket. I placed a really big order of slash pockets because as a teacher, I knew that I wanted to teach you that there are 5 different possibilities of how you think about your personal goals inside of your Sunday Basket. There are 5 different or more projects you have going on inside of your household, thinking about your house as if it was a person. There are 5 different family members or community members or people that you are in charge of that you manage as a household manager. Pets, spouses, kids, siblings, parents, other people that you may have responsibilities for each need to have their own individual slash pocket. And we know as household managers, we take care of all the money, right? Taxes are due soon. We're all thinking about the money. We cannot get away from it, but also budgets and food bills and the medical. Oh, the medical. Keeping track of what is covered under insurance, what's not covered under insurance, what can be an HSA or FSA purchase and what can't. When you can actually keep track of all your medical expenses, And get money back on your taxes, which we talked about earlier. These are the 4 big projects that you do as a household manager in addition to the 5 weekly tasks. So the 5 weekly tasks, we have them labeled right here. This is when you plan what you need to do for your week. I like to plan it on paper. You update your calendar, go through your text messages, go through your instant messages, go through your email. All of those requests that came in. If you do have kids, you go through all their paperwork that came in. You go through the snail mail that they're still sending us even if we don't want it. Sometimes those things have to go on the computer calendar. Pay our bills, order everything we need to order on the calendar. Then we get everything we need to go into the car for errands. So like this week, seeing a new doctor. Well, there are new doctor forms that you need. Going to take the dog to daycare. He needs more of his joint medicine. You know, you need to remember all these things while you're out and about. We've already mentioned bills. There's another green slash pocket for bill pay. And the blue slash pocket is where you keep things that you are waiting for. So things that you've done your part, but now you have to remember to follow up so that other people do their part. How many times have you done something and then you're like, okay, how am I going to keep track of if I got the rebate back or not? If the return went through on my credit card? If the person that I sent the email to replied to the email? That's what the waiting tab is for. So these different categories of work, the 5 things that you do every week and these 4 big projects that every household manager is in charge of, I manufactured these slash pockets first before we even found and manufactured the Sunday basket. I used a broker to get these. Here's the thing, when you're a household manager and you have a solution and you decide, oh, you know, okay, well, I can find that much money to place that order, Sometimes you don't realize how big the order is you just placed. So this order came on a pallet to my house. Do you know what I don't have at my house? A forklift storage area. So all of a sudden, all these boxes are getting unloaded on my driveway. I was like, oh, maybe it's time that we need to have offsite storage. This is how ideas— like, you probably have an idea and you're like, you know what the solution to this would be? Follow that inkling. That, that is what all entrepreneurs do. They see a problem, they realize it doesn't exist in the marketplace, and then they just keep taking the next step. We have no idea what we're doing. Pallets end up in our driveway, then our spouse says, what are you doing? I say, don't worry about it, it's going to be fine. But the slash pockets are essential because you can pick any box that you want, but when you don't have all these slash pockets that are the same color and everything is rainbow like this, Your brain looks at this rainbow and it sees 5 different projects. Your brain looks at this pink color and it says, okay, these are 5 different projects, but they're all related to me as a person. So this is a category. These are individual tasks. If everything's individual, there isn't enough bucketing for your brain. And this is a lot of what Organized 365 does. The work that we do in our households And a lot of the work that we do in general in all areas is invisible. It's invisible to us and it's invisible to everyone else around us. This Sunday basket, I mean, she's in here. You know what she wants to do? She wants to do a little twirl because she has made visible the invisible work in my household and tens of thousands of your households as well. And in doing so, she allows us to literally Drop things into her and she will hold it. She's like, I can take it, just, just drop it in here. I can handle it until Sunday. On Sunday, we'll deal with this mess on Sunday. If it can wait till Sunday, it must wait till Sunday. Just drop it in here, we'll deal with it later. Giving us the mental clarity, bandwidth, and capacity to live our lives and do what we need to do. So maybe for that reason, the Sunday basket is moving on to the next round and the slash pockets Are going to join. Oh my goodness, did you see the Organized 365 products? They have come out to support their fellow Organized 365 sisters in their competition. So we're just going to go ahead and put these slash pockets right in that portable Sunny Basket, and the Sunny Basket is going to move on to the next round. Oh, I can't wait to see what she comes out in. She's had 4 different colors so far. What color will she pick for For the next round, we will have to see tomorrow. Next, in our home category, it's down to getting the lesson plan, the course, the community to organize your entire house once and for all against planning your next 4 months on paper with a coach and a group of people that are committed to figuring out what we're going to do for the next 120 days. Now these little workbooks are not very good representations of the products that they represent. So the Productive Home Solution is literally a 52-week curriculum for organizing your house. Inside of the workbook alone, there are worksheets and instructions for the week. So it's almost like you're putting yourself in school and you have a workbook to go through each week. In addition, you log online and there is a video. Sometimes there are multiple videos, like when you're doing your closet there, I think there are 10 videos you can watch, and there's worksheets that you can do. Then also, this includes Tanya. Every Thursday, most Thursdays, she comes on and then she shows you the space that we're organizing in our house, organizing in her house. And the beauty of that is the videos are all created by me. So you see my house, which many of you have seen on Instagram or inside of the app. But my kids are now, you know, 22, 24 years old and a 2-year-old grandchild. Tanya's twins are, I believe they're around 10 years old. She's still in the thick of it. Those are 2 different households you're going to get to see organized. Not to mention the community where you get to ask questions and be along with your fellow household organizers who are all doing what you are doing and getting organized. So the Productive Home Solution is a lifetime purchase. It's, it's saying, yes, I want to get my house all the way organized and I want to do it with other people who are like-minded. And I am done trying to figure out what I should be organizing this week. I'll just follow Lisa's plan, and by the end of the year, poof, I will be organized. That is against the Productive Home Solution Planning Day, which is going to be changed to the Sunday Basket Planning Day, as I mentioned in a previous video. So in the past, the Productive Home Solution Planning Day was only allowed to be purchased with the planning day and actually came with the Productive Home Solution. We separated these last week for 2 reasons. Number one, some of you are, are like the person in the pandemic who's holding up the brown cardboard sign saying, I don't care how long you leave me here, I'm not cleaning my bedroom. You're like, I don't care, Lisa, that's great, awesome, fabulous, you've got this great little plan. All these people who are all like, yay, we're gonna declutter! Not me, I'm not doing it, I'm not doing it, you can't, you can't make me. However, I would like to be productive. I would like to plan my summer. I would like to figure out all that weird planning stuff you do. Someone the other day said, Lisa, you're a futurist. And I was like, what a compliment. I can kind of see it. Like, I think about the future as if it's already here, and then I help you navigate through that next chunk of 4 months. And we've been doing this since before the pandemic, and every single planning day is different. Because I'm a teacher and every single 4 months is different. Every economy is different. The seasons are different. Like, just everything is different. Now, this round of planning day, this round, we're going to use the workbooks that I've already manufactured and produced, which have in the back a little bit of the Productive Home Solution, just kind of some big global checklist. It's not the Productive Home Solution, but there's a little bit in there. This has been redesigned for the fall. We're going to manufacture these Starting next month. And as you sign up for planning days starting in August going forward, there will be more Sunday basket in it. There will be more household management in it, and there will not be any Productive Home Solution in the planning day. You'll be able to plan doing the Productive Home Solution, but the content of the Productive Home Solution won't be in the workbook anymore. We'll have more housework in here. We'll have more of that invisible work that is generalizable to all, and really the planning that we need to do going forward. Okay, they've been playing long enough. Who do you think won? Do you think it was the Productive Home Solution course, lifetime membership, 52-week curriculum, Tanya, the community, the whole 9 yards? Or do you think it is the one-time Productive Home Solution planning day that you, uh, can do on repeat, but you— it's a one-time purchase? Which one do you think it is? Which one do you think it is? It is the Productive Home Solution. The Productive Home Solution is moving on to the next round. The Planning Day is going to join our, um, our portable Sunday baskets over here and continue to cheer on Sunday basket sisters. We're going to move on over into the work category. In work, oh, the Friday Work Box. She has come in in her stately slate gray. She is like, all right, I've been in my fashionable plum. I have been in my hardworking blue. But now I'm gonna come into these final rounds like I'm not playing. I make visible the invisible work at work. I deserve to be on every work member's desk, male or female. So I will come in a more neutral color so I could be more accepted. What does the Friday Work Box make visible? So again, you've got these same exact colors that you do inside of the Sunday Basket. And here's a little tip for you. Start with the Sunday basket. You'll get the Sunday basket going in about 4 to 6 weeks and it will become a habit and it just makes so much sense because everybody has— as I was explaining the Sunday basket, you were like, yep, I have all those categories. If I were to explain the WorkBox categories, there is so much nuance, there's so much individuality, like your job is different than everybody else's job in the entire world. There are commonalities, but there are also differences. And it takes about a year to really— 6 weeks to get the habit going, but a year to really understand all of business and all of the different cycles. But you are going to have those same weekly tasks that you do every week, and then you're going to have 4 colors. And those 4 colors will vary from job to job, but essentially they are: pink is your marketing or your research or your sales arm, purple is going to be your customers, the product you deliver once you've signed a contract or exchanged money with whoever you do business with, Blue is going to be the team internally and externally that makes all of that happen, and green are going to be your financials. So that is the Friday Work Box. Now, the Friday Work Box planning day happens 4 times a year, once per quarter, and this again is an independent purchase of the Friday Work Box. You buy them separately. Friday Work Box lifetime purchase, you get 40 weeks out of the year. Steph is going to go through your Friday Work Box with you. On Fridays for 90 minutes. There's a community, there's an online dashboard, there's a workbook that comes with it, a complete wraparound, everything that you need in order to make visible the invisible work you're doing and organize the work of your job. The planning is different. Planning gives you a time, a time frame to stop and say, okay, this is the work that I'm doing, this is the work that I've been assigned. Is it the right work to be doing? Are these the right meetings I should be in? Should I get out of meetings? Should I get in more meetings? Should I create a new meeting? Should I do the meeting mastermind so I can have different meeting agendas? When you look at the financials, are we tracking the right things? Do we have new products that we should be tracking? What do our numbers look like year over year? Are we more profitable? Is it time to raise our prices? Is it time to do a discount? Are we cash flow positive or not? What about the things that are in the pipeline that our customers don't know about? The research that's in development and the products that we have in our, in our head. Is now a time to make one of those visible, make it a reality, manifest it into the world and see if that's what our customers want? And how about our customers? Like, are we really giving them the VIP service that they need and deserve and we want to offer them? Are we reflecting our mission, vision, and values in everything that we do? Are the products, services, and offerings that we have right now At the level that we want them to be, or do they need to be taken to 110%? Is it time to like bring them in, give them a little freshening up, and throwing them back out there? That is what we do in planning day. We spend the first 2 hours, first 2 hours, just talking about you as an employee. Who are you? What are your routines? What are your systems? Where are you in your administrative work that you do, your emails, your meetings, all that? And then we spend about 2 hours thinking about The next 13 weeks in business. What do you want to keep the same? What do you want to start? What do you want to stop? And what do you want to add in? That is Workbox Planning Day. So who do you think won? The Workbox Planning Day, Planning Day, or the Friday Workbox? Workbox Planning Day, Friday Workbox. Who do you think? Who do you think? Who do you think? It is the Friday Workbox. The Friday Workbox is moving on to the next round. So this Planning Day will join this Planning Day over here. They're essential. They're important. They made it all the way to the final 8, but they cannot make it into the final 4. I, I don't know. So we've got the Sunday Basket System Course all together, the Productive Home Solutions. I don't know how you guys are going to vote. The Friday Work Box. And now in our last category, paper organization, information management. I, I still can't believe that we have the Operations Binder here all the way in the final 8. Like, Way to go! You're doing such a good job. She organizes all of the invisible work of the holidays. You may be celebrating Easter this weekend. She's got you covered. She's got how much candy we need to have. She has anything that we need for any special people, if you know what I mean. She has the recipe from what we had last year, how much of everything was eaten. Turns out nobody likes jelly beans anymore, but we really liked extra helpings of, um, bacon, and we liked both of the sausages, link and patty. Like, she knows all of this. She knows who came to Easter. She knows, uh, how long they stayed. She knows what silverware we used. She knows what the table setting looked like. Like, she's got all of the holidays covered. She also has all of the information for the vacation you're planning this summer, your pets. She has everything for menus and meal planning if you just took advantage of our free Productivity Profitability Kitchen Blitz, she's got all the handouts from there. If you've done our free Back-to-School Blitz, she has those handouts. If you've done the free Holiday Blitz, she's done those. Like, she knows how this family runs. She knows what they need, and this binder is saving the household manager, who is the merrymaker, the happy maker of everything, untold amounts of hours. I don't even know how to calculate how many hours she's saving. She will know this summer when you go to spread the mulch how many bags of mulch you bought last year. That— when I had that number, it saved me so much money, but it also saved me so much stress and so much time. Like, she is a powerhouse, and I'm so proud of her for making it all the way here. And she's up against the financial binder. The financial binder is like, you're cute, that's cute. You know I have a 401 in here, right? Yeah. I know where the life insurance is. I know the passwords to all the credit— Like, that's great and all. Glad you know how many Easter eggs are going to be hidden, but I know where the will is. And maybe, you know, push come to shove, we do tend to prioritize things that are going to cost us money over things that are going to cost us time. And it could be that reason that the household operations binder is going to step aside And go ahead and let the financial binder move on to the final 4. Have you noticed the commonality between which items made it to the next round and which items, while important and made it all the way to the final 8, have now moved back behind? Here's the commonality. These items make visible the invisible work, and we already knew the work was there, we just couldn't see it. These items make visible the invisible work, including the slash pockets. But we as a society still don't realize this work is being done. So all of this is invisible. Like before Organize365, maybe there was some kind of financial management. But even if there is a financial management, it is exactly the things I said— your will, your 401, your life insurance. It is not your daily bill pay. And how to settle an estate for an executor or be power of attorney. Even when you talk to estate lawyers, accountants, tax attorneys, when they see this, they're like, oh yeah, we're missing all that in our binders. We don't have, we don't have any of that in our binders. We just have the big, you know, your retirement plan. We know where that is, but we don't know where your airline miles are. Like, we don't have that kind of information that That level of detail that mostly women do when they're settling an estate. So making visible the invisible work on our kitchen counter that we do on a weekly basis, this is amazing. I mean, over 10,000 of you have a Sunday basket and you're like, yes, this is saving— you're right, it's saving me at least 5 hours a week. And what I have back is my brain. It makes so much sense. The organizing of it into slash pockets, that still is— that message is getting out. It's just not getting out as fast. Having to organize our home all the way instead of doing Swiss cheese organizing. There are a lot of organizing products out there. A lot of people want an organizational plan, but then to take a weekend and to take 2 hours to prep and 4 hours to do planning and then fill out a worksheet and literally sit down and plan out the next 4 months. Some people are doing that, but that is definitely not normalized yet in our society. And this invisible work is so invisible, people don't even realize it's being done. Unless you see it done and you say, how do you do everything? Like, how are you doing it? I tell you exactly how she's doing it. She's planning it. Then you do work. Like, okay, we know that our work that we do that is our job description, like email and meetings and stuff like that, is visible and invisible. We love being able to see it here. But again, just like being able to plan the next 4 months at home, planning the next 90 days in work— this is something that work does. Work definitely plans the next 90 days. at the leadership level. They don't always plan the next 90 days for any worker at any level in the company, and that's what Organized 365 does. We had a consultant come on and she went through our program and she said, huh, I mean, I've seen this done for leaders over, you know, like huge companies leadership. I've never seen it done for the employee up. She said, your program does it top-down and bottom-up all on the same planning day. I don't know how you do it. Because I'm a kindergarten teacher, that's how. And then this, we know about the money. We see when the money is running out. We don't value our time like we do our money. We will plan this weekend, we will spend the whole weekend decluttering and cleaning and organizing and all of these things, and we don't quantify it on our calendar, and we don't conceptually grab the information that we're doing. Do all of the Organize 365 free blitzes. You do not have to have children to do our back-to-school blitz. I will get you personally organized for the year. Your new shoes, your new clothes, your doctor's appointments. You, you are still a student, a student of life, and you still need to do back to school. Do the holiday blitz, totally free. It will organize everything from Halloween all the way to the end of the year. You will know how many bags of candy you need to have at Halloween. You will never have to guess again. But this work, this invisible work of being the household manager, Knowing the energy each week that I'm sharing in the forecast, understanding where the menus are and the meal plans and how much you used of everything at every single event you did last year. Still very much invisible. And we don't really know how she does it. And these products hopefully are part of how you do it and how you're going to do it. Now here's how this is going to work going forward. Tomorrow. Tomorrow these 2 products are going to play off. And these 2 products are going to play off. And then the winner is going to play off all at the same time. How, Lisa, will we do the voting for that? Here's how we're going to do it. You're going to log on. You're going to vote for the winner of this and you're going to vote for the winner of this. And then you're going to have 4 choices. Is it this or this or this or this? You will see all of those head-to-head matchups and you will pick a winner in every single category. So whoever the winner of these 4 is, I will then be able to go down and go, oh, this is the game that is going to be played and here is going to be the winner. So head on over to the Organized 365 website. Right at the top, you'll be able to click to vote for the final 4 and the final 2. Join me tomorrow at 1 o'clock Eastern time and we will do that final playoff. I cannot wait. It's a nail-biter, you guys. It's a nail-biter. Who's going to win? Who's going to win? Who's going to win?
