All right, in the Sunday basket we are going to reveal some invisible work. There's something written on this paper, it's invisible, we don't know what it is. What is the work that we are going to be diving into the Sunday basket? Oh, look at that! We need to maintain our reference binders. Oh, oh, we're gonna be learning about our reference binders today in The Sunday Basket. Welcome to your Sunday Basket time. Here's your reminder to go through your Sunday Basket this weekend and process through all the invisible work that we are doing as homeowners and household dwellers. And the invisible work that I want to talk about today is, again, we're going to use this 5th slash pocket, which I call for binders, which means that I've done anything I need to do. Now all of this needs to be put into Binders for reference reasons. And I've got 2 things to add into my household reference binder, and both are carpet and flooring. So last week we did our household operations binder, and remember I had carpets, I had rugs that I put in household operations, and my little vacuum robot. So if I put the rugs in that binder, why am I putting carpet in this binder? This binder The household reference binder is everything that you would give to a new homeowner. So if you look inside of my binder, look at how many little tabs I have. I have the regular slash pockets that divide out the binder, but also look at all these tabs. These are all individual things that I need to fix or maintain or warranty or would go to a new homeowner if I ever moved. Now I've lived in this house 25 years. I'm probably gonna live here another 25. So really this is maintenance for me, but you get the difference. There's how you run your house and then the physical house as if it was a person. And what I love to do, especially in the household reference binder, is to use sheet protectors and to put whatever the information is in sheet protectors and then put in one of these, um, little sticky tabs that we have, these 2.0 tabs. And we sell them in the same colors that go in our binders, so they're pink, purple, blue, and green. And this winter We recarpeted all of our carpet upstairs. It actually was an insurance claim, so I have the original purchase of the carpet that was faulty, and then the insurance claim and the new carpet that went in. And if I was, uh, giving this to a new homeowner, I wouldn't give them the old carpet because it doesn't exist anymore, but I'm just holding on to it in case anybody comes out for more money, which I'm not going to give them. Secondly, When we did that, we decided that we were not going to replace the carpet in our living room, dining room, and we were going to go ahead and put in that looks like wood but it's actually laminate stuff. And we chose Pergo, and so we put that in as well. So we have 2 different kinds of flooring, which the new homeowner will definitely want to know about. So that is what happens. The whole entire time I was fighting for that insurance claim and trying to get my carpet covered, it actually was its own slash pocket inside of the Sunday Basket. Because it took me like a year to get that claim covered and then to get the carpeting put into the house. But it's done. It's been a couple of months. Everything's been moved back. We've totally moved in. So it's time for it to move out of the Sunday Basket and into the household reference binder. And that's how things go from actionable to reference. Now it's time for us to go find out how many cumulative Sunday Basket hours has this little magical box Saved people to date. Last week, the Sunday Basket had saved American homeowners 5.4 million hours to date. The Sunday Basket gives you back 5 hours every single week that you use it. We have a new milestone today. We are now at 5.5 million— 5,542,750 hours What are you doing with that time? Do whatever you want with it. The Sunday Basket will give it to you. It's up to you what you do with it.
